~ Hannah's POV ~

"We're back at HQ, you should walk on your own now," the man says as he sets me down. I look up to see none other than Levi Ackerman himself.

"Sir.." I say, as I salute.

"Stop it," he mutters, grabbing my hand and pressing the back of my hand to his lips. "Don't be so formal around me.. I'm supposed to keep you sane, remember?" He says, helping my stand up.

"I never said that.. but alright." I reply as we walk inside together. He walks me to my room where I find the dress lying on my bed. How lovely. "I'll see you later then.." I mutter as he leaves.

Time skip

I get ready for the dance I didn't want to go to. I figured that Hanji would find me and make me go anyway. I looked in the mirror at myself in the dress that fit my figure, and the hair I had put up in a bun.

"I look so ugly.." I mutter to myself. There is a knock at the door, but I don't open it.

"Hey, it's Eren, Hanji told me to come get you even if I had to drag you out so.." he says casually.

"Please don't do the dragging bit," I reply, faking laughter.

"Come out and I won't have to," He jokes.

"Fine.." I say, finally walking out of my room.

"Wow, you look great.." He says astonished.

"Haha, very funny Eren," I reply sarcastically, there is no way anyone would think I looked even decent. Eren looked nice in his tuxedo though. "You look fancy."

"I don't feel fancy, I feel like I can't move my arms," he replies laughing. I laugh as well. "They cleared the entire mess hall and decorated it, look!" He motions inside the mess hall. It was cleared of its usual tables, had music in one corner, and a few places to sit on one side.

"Eren, there you are," Mikasa says, walking up to him. "Thank goodness, I was getting chased by Jean, let's go dance," she drags him off leaving me there alone. I find a dark place to sit and stay there. I watch as other girls are asked to dance, and can't help but feel even uglier than I did..

"I need go get out of here-," I mutter getting up and walking to the door. When I get there I'm stopped by Erwin.

"You look very nice, would you like to dance?" He asks politely. He was a gentleman, but I don't know how to dance.

"I would, but I don't know how," I reply, slightly embarrassed.

"Ah, I see," He smiles "are you enjoying yourself at least?" He asks.

"Uh.. yes sir, I was looking for.. Sasha," I answer, trying not to sound as if I wasn't just talking at random.

"Oh, she's over by the food," he replies, pointing me in her direction.

"Thank you sir," I mutter, giving a small smile and walking in her direction. 'Darn it.. I just want to leave..'. Again I get stopped, but this time it's by Levi.

"You look gor- nice," He says, looking down at me, his eyebrows raised.

"You look nice as well," I reply, his hair was slicked back, and he wore a dark blue tuxedo.

"Tch, do you even want to be here?" He asks in his usual monotone voice.

"No.. not in the slightest.." I answer honestly.

"Come and dance, we can talk there," he says as Erwin stares at him.

"I can't dance Levi, I don't know how.." I respond, looking at the ground.

"I will teach you, come on," He says, taking my hand and leading me to the center of the dance floor.

"Levi.. I can't dance.." I Says again, panicking.

"Tch, just let me lead and you'll be fine," he replies. He puts one of my hands on his shoulder, and holds the other. He then places his other hand on my waste and he leads me in a waltz. It felt like I was flying as he spun me. It didn't feel like anyone else was watching us as he lifted me, and spun me around. I smile, for once I genuinely smile. To my surprise so does he. As the song ends he dips me gently, almost laying me flat on the ground.

"Levi.. everyone is staring.." I whisper, looking around to see that everyone had stood and watched.

"Apparently so.." He whispers standing me back up. He bows. I just stand there, my I couldn't breathe. To many people were looking at me. Why is the room spinning oh gosh someone help me! The next thing I know, everything is dark as people call my name.
