To say things around Alexandria were alright was an understatement. Ever since that night Carl and I spent together, everyone has been on edge. He immediately told Rick everything the next morning, which resulted in the whole group keeping a stricter eye on me. Eventually, the truth did come out and everyone's previous accusations against Pete became true. Everything was a mess to say the least.

Glenn was now considered an enemy because Nicholas told Deanna he was the one responsible for Aaron's and Noah's death. But, we all knew it was the other way around. Then Rick and Pete got into a nasty fight after we all found out his secret. As a result, Deanna now wants to hold a meeting tonight, to determine whether Rick should stay or be exiled. Which means if Rick goes, we all go. We were a group, we stuck together no matter what.

I have not spoken to Ron since my accident. Partly because I am worried he will blame me for all the recent events. I should not be surprised, but I was only trying to look out for his and Sam's well-being.

Currently I was sitting on my front porch just looking out at the neighborhood, admiring everything that could be gone by tonight. Even though I have no been with Rick's group from the beginning, we both have encountered a lot of hardships along the way. This place was supposed to be the answer. We were going to make a home here, away from all the bad outside these walls.

I took a long hard glance around Alexandria. As I scanned the pond, I noticed two figures sitting together. I left my spot on the steps to try and get a closer look. As I reached the bottom of the front steps, I saw Carl standing a few feet away with Judith,. He was looking at the same two figures at the pond. I looked at Carl, and he looked back at me with a hurt expression. Only then did I realize the two people at the lake were Ron and Enid.

I should not have been surprised those two rekindled whatever they had for one another, but that did not mean it still did not sting a little bit. I was there for him, and he was there for me. But, I guess the two of us were just strangers again. I took a long deep breath before I decided to leave. I passed by Carl with my head down, but he was to occupied staring at Enid he did not notice me walk past.

"What do you think is going to happen tonight?" Isaac asked from next to me. After I left the lake I went to find either one of my siblings. Addison, to no surprise was with Maggie and Isaac was out walking around the neighborhood trying to listen in on any conversations the community could be having abut our group. I decided to join him on his little adventure.

"I hope nothing, but I know that will not be the case." I said continuing to stare straight ahead of me.

Isaac did not say anything for a few minutes, but the next statement to come out of his mouth had taken me by surprise.

"Do you think coming here was a mistake?"

I thought for a moment "I don't know Isaac, I think if we did not we could possibly be dead. We barely escaped Terminus. But when we did, we got separated. I was on my own. I would not have survived if Rick hadn't found me. Then the three of us found each other again and we are safe." I paused "I do think coming here with Rick was the right answer. We have a family now who would do anything to protect us."

Isaac stopped and turned towards me before pulling me into a hug. "I love you Kennedy."

"I love you too Isaac."

He pulled away from me and smiled before we continued on our walk. We had drifted into light conversation when I noticed Ron was sat up against a wall, stabbing a knife into the ground.

"Hey Isaac, I am going to go talk to Ron real quick." I said turning my head towards him.

"I don't think that is the best idea." He said concerned.
