"Tell me what type of song I should write for my crush to fall in love with me."

Will groaned awake as he looked over to the only other sibling the room- sister sibling Thea.

"What?" Will yawned, sitting up stretching.

"What song should I write for my crush to love me forever, you bedhead." Thea said.

"I'm a musician, not a psychic." Will said. "Still, I might be able to help you... what are your choices?"

"With a piano or with a flute."

"Both are lame."

"Working with a piano or a flute would be fun." Thea shrugged.

"Yeah, sure." Will grumbled sarcastically, passing Thea a small smile.

Will looked out the window and saw it was dark outside. He looked at the time, he had only been asleep for 3 hours, and it was not worth his exhaustion. He quickly brushed his hair with his hands and ran outside, realizing it was dinner time and he was the head counselor. He ran to the bonfire and saw his cabin and friends. He got his food and scraped some into the fire and sitting beside Jason.

"I don't even wanna be here sometimes." Will mumbled, eating his potatoes.

"What you got against free food?" Jason asked him, shoving him.

"Nothing. It's just... it's just.. I..."

Will stammered as he saw Nico walk over and sit beside him. The boy looked healthy and alright.

"Hey Will, what's up?" Nico asked.

Will couldn't help but look at Nico. He was so perfect, pale skin and dark eyes and hair, a shy but nice smile. He had some light scratches on his arms but that was it. And then there was Will, blonde and messy curly hair with freckles and tan skin, some bandages covering his arms.

"Nothing, it's just I'd rather be doing other things." Will replied out of his trance.

"Hmm, same here." Nico replied.

The boys ate and just stayed there quietly. Soon Percy came up and slapped Jason's back playfully. As Percy sat beside Jason, Annabeth came up and kissed Percy.

"You smell like burned cotton." Annabeth looked at Percy sternly.

"About that..." Percy said.

"PERCY JACKSON!"

Leo ran up to them, soaking and dripping wet. He went up to Percy and tried to set him on fire, but couldn't because of his soaked body.

"What happened?" Annabeth asked, seeing Percy and Will roll over laughing.

"What happened? Oh, what happened?! PERCY JACKSON TRIED TO DROWN ME!"

Will and Percy kept laughing as Leo wanted to fight them.

"Why do you guys play around like that? It's dangerous." Annabeth warned.

"No it's not, it's fine, just a game." Percy said, kissing Annabeth's cheek.

Will got up and sat back down beside Nico, who just uncomfortably stood there. He wanted to ask how he got out of the infirmary, but he didn't want to startle him any more than he already seemed to be.

That night, after making sure his brothers and sisters were in the cabin and not wandering around, Will went to the infirmary and noted Nico wasn't there. He sighed, wanting to just go to his cabin and sleep, he wanted desperately to just head to his cabin, but instead he went to look for Nico. He checked the dining hall and the bonfire, and around the strawberry hills. As Will walked, he saw someone walking by. Will approached that person, and turned them around, making that person squeal.

"Will, it's me, Nico!" Nico squealed.

Will sighed and grabbed his arm, dragging him to the infirmary.

"Why were you wandering around?" Will asked.

"I was thirsty."

"Liar."

Will and Nico headed to the infirmary, and Nico laid back down on the bed. It was a bit dark, but Will got a flashlight and sat down beside Nico, writing some more stuff down as he asked him questions.

"Any pain?"

"A bit."

"Feeling nauseous?"

"No."

"Did the numbness wear off?"

"Yeah, I'm still numb on my toes a bit though."

Will hummed as he got each response, and wrote some extra stuff to do for a checkup for tomorrow. Nico just got himself under the covers and stared at Will.

"What are you writing?" Nico asked.

"Go to sleep, di Angelo, it's late."

"Same with you."

Will just sighed and closed his notes and shone the flashlight at Nico. He sighed and just stared at him for a bit.

"My job is to literally tell you what to do in this room. Don't tell me what I should do."  Will said.

"My rights as a patient is to give you recommendations, and I'm giving you one." Nico said back.

Will cursed under his breath at the smart remark. Great, he was cute and smart.

"What?"

Will turned to Nico as he realized he said it out loud.

"Will?"

"I said go to sleep."

Will stood up and left the infirmary, closing the door behind him. He went to his cabin and made  his way to his bed without waking his siblings.
