I let Kai get Bonnie out of the trunk of the car because I didn't want to look at her at the moment. I grabbed both mine and Kai's belongings and headed inside.

I walk to our bedroom and set the bags on the bed. Kai had flown a plane to get us there quicker.

I hear back to the front door when I hear Kai, "Ah. Memories." I open the door and see Kai walk onto the porch of the house, "Pitter-patter of little siblings' feet, witchy-woo, chanting in the air, mom and dad calling me an abomination."

I frown at what Kai said, not wanting him to remember all of the horrible things that happened to him in this house. "Why did you want to come back here?" Bonnie asks, she looks up at me and then at Kai.

"Because I can finally show it to someone." He stops and looks at me, "Or someone else. My coven goes out of their way to make sure no one finds us, but since they're not here to be paranoid freak shows, mi casa es su casa. Come on." I hold the door open for Kai but let go of it as soon as he passes letting the door hit Bonnie.

Kai crosses a hallway, which is covered in bloodstains. He joins me in the kitchen, Bonnie following behind us. "That smells great. Not exactly a turkey dinner, but it's what my family had in the fridge on May 10, 1994."

While Kai was trying to prepare the meal, Bonnie picks up Kai's pager and takes it out of the case. "Don't touch that," I warn her.

She ignores me and looks ta Kai, who is now looking at her. Does Bonnie start laughing, "Your pager? Why?"

"Because it's brand-new, looks cool, and I don't want you to bust it." Kai takes the pager away and returns to the stove where he's making dinner

"Listen, Kai. My magic's gone, which means we will be stuck here forever. Wh-" Bonnie starts but I interrupt.

I stare at her with so much hate in my eyes, "Well, whose fault is that?"

I see her roll her eyes at me before continuing, "Why don't we just divide the world in half and go our separate ways?"

Kai continues to cook, so I answer her questions. "I get it. We knocked you out, kidnapped you against your will. Can't you see he's trying to apologize? I still hate you." I tell her as I take a seat at the table.

I hear her go on and on about how she will never trust us and like us and how to wants to go her own way. "Oh my God, I've had enough." I stand up and look at Bonnie, "your giving me such a headache." I turn to face Kai, "I'll be upstairs if you need me."

I walk up the stairs to Kai's room and lay down on the bed. I did not realize how much I missed this place while we were gone.

I can still hear the two of them talking down there and hear Kai calling for me to tell me that dinner was ready to which I replied saying that I wasn't hungry. I couldn't stand to be around Bonnie at the moment. She ruined everything.

I feel my eyes growing heavy and I drift off to sleep. I dreamt I was with Niklaus again. All of my siblings were there and so was Kai. I was telling Klaus that he is my boyfriend, which is odd since we've never talked about what we are. I wouldn't mind him being my boyfriend though.

My eyes jerk open when I hear Kai yelling for me. I quickly jump out off of the bed and make my way down the stairs. I see Bonnie and Kai walk in the front yard toward the tree stump and I follow. "So Jo agreed to the merge?" Bonnie asks Kai.

Kai notices me and smiles before looking back a Bonnie to continue on with the story. "Well, we needed a celestial event, so the plan was to use the power of the eclipse happening the next day. She even gathered our coven to help." He pauses and has a distinct look in his eyes. "They tricked me good. Instead of using the power of the eclipse for the merge, my dad used it to send me here, and where'd Jo's magic go? You know, it made zero sense. Magic doesn't just, like, disappear, but then you made yours disappear and Angelyn's when you hid it in Ms. Cuddles, and it hit me. My sneaky little twin sister hid her magic..." Kai reaches into the pile of leaves in the tree stump and withdraws the knife, "In this. Hmm."

"Still there." Bonnie states.

Kai smiles and nods, "Still here and still full of magic." He closes his eyes and Bonnie backs away slightly; after a few seconds, Kai sighs and lets go of the knife, leaving it floating in midair, "Well, it was. I just sucked it out." I feel my heart start pounding. Are we actually going home this time?

"You have magic again. Good for you."

I step up beside her, "We also have the Ascendant."

Bonnie jumps a little, not knowing that I was there, "Doesn't matter. You need a Bennett witch to do the spell."

"About that. I've watched you do the spell twice now. I don't think I need a Bennett witch to do the spell. I think all I actually need is Bennett blood." Kai stabs Bonnie with the knife and she falls to the ground, unconscious. I smile in satisfaction. I grab Kai's hand and together we are going to get out of this place.
