Chapter 18: New kid?

[JOEYS POV]

I woke up the next morning and felt like my entire body was sore. I thought about it for a while and then remembered what happened last night...I guess that's why.

It was 9:28 a.m, I looked over to my right and Shane was still sleeping. I laid my head down on his chest and smiled. He smelled amazing, I don't know what cologne he uses but damn it's amazing.

Shortly Shane started waking up, "Mm, good morning" he said in a raspy voice

"Morning" I replied as I looked up at his face. His eyes were closed but he was smiling, I laid my head back down on his chest and looked up at the ceiling air bubbles that I always looked at.

"So how'd you sleep?" he asked

"I knocked the f out" I answered

"Yeah, same. How're you feeling?" he asked

"Um...a little sore... but I'm fine haha" I said

"Yeah first times always tough I guess" he said

"I guess so" I stated

"I still can't believe you actually did it" he said

I moved my face closer to his, "Well I did, so" I smiled

He laughed and then got up to go into the bathroom, completely naked. I was a little surprised at the scene, but I mean, we had sex less than 12 hours ago, so why is seeing him naked a shock to me...it shouldn't.

[SHANES POV]

I got into the shower, and cleaned myself up. I felt so worn out. Shortly after I got out and brushed my teeth and got dressed. I went back into the bedroom and Joey was still in bed laying down.

"You tired?" I asked

"Nah, I don't really know why I'm still laying here haha" he replied and then got up. He was in his boxers and then went into the bathroom and freshened up I suppose.

When he came out, I offered to take him out for breakfast.

"No, it's my treat this time" he said

"Oh come on," I answered

"No seriously, it's my treat" he replied

"Alright, whatever you say", we went downstairs into the living room, where Jerid was sitting watching tv.

"Hey Jerid" I said

He turned around and faced both of us, "Oh hey guys, what's up?" he asked

"We're gonna go get breakfast, wanna come?" I offered

"Nah, it's okay, I already had breakfast. It's like noon" he answered

"Yeah, we overslept I guess" I said, quickly glancing at Joey who was standing next to me

"Yeah..." Jerid said smiling at us

Does he know about last night? No...what...how?

"Well have fun" he turned around to the tv

We walked out to the car,

"Do you think Jerid heard us last night?" Joey asked with an embarressed face, getting into the car

"I sure as hell hope not," I bucked my seatbelt, "that's so goddamn awkward"

"Hey he's your brother who cares, it's even more awkward for me" Joey said

"No, I'm his brother, that's way more awkward!" I replied

"Fuck. Whatever it's fine" Joey said

"Let's just forget about it" I offered
