Chapter 45

Few hours after.

Zabdiel's P.O.V

Chris looked at me and let out a sigh, his dry tears stained on his cheek. "S-She's g-gone."

I looked at him, I gave his hand a squeeze. "Sometimes these things happen, there's nothing we can do about it."

"She's the only g-girl which made me feel the way I feel about Amal."Chris confessed as he looked at me. "I-I want her b-back."

I wanted to ask what he meant by that but he was grieving so I couldn't and he probably didn't know what he was saying himself.

"It was so bad l-losing her for the f-first time."Chris continued as he looked down at his bloody hand. "It isn't f-fair."

"Chris, I know but you have to think about yourself right now."I said as I let out a sigh. "It isn't fair that you are doing this to yourself."

"I miss her, I miss her laugh, her stupid jokes, the way she can make a whole room laugh in a second or cry."Chris said as tears streamed down his face. "I miss everything about her, I want her here with me."

"You are going to and it will never stop but she's in your heart now."I said as I touched my chest. "She's going to stay there and no one is going to take her away from you."

The doctor walked in and looked at Chris. "Ready for surgery?"

He wiped his tears away and nodded. "Yes."

"Nurses will be here in a mintue to take you in."The doctor said with a nod then walked out of the room.

Chris looked at me. "Amal isn't allowed to visit me, she can't see me like this. No matter what she does she can't come."

"Okay but are you sure?"

He nodded. "I'm sure, she can't come here and see me."

Then Chris reached for his jean pocket which was beside him and he pulled out a ring, he looked at it for a second then handed it to me. "Her dad gave this to me, thinking it was going to be me and her forever but you have it."

I looked at the ring in front of me, it was ever so beauitful and I looked up at Chris. "I can't take this."

"You are going to because you are the only one I trust and know you are going to make her happy."Chris said with a smile on his face. "She's the one for you."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah I'm."

I looked back at the ring then looked at Chris. "Thank you."

"Just make sure you keep it safe because that means a lot to me and her."Chris said with a nod.

I nodded. "Yeah, it will be."

The nurses walked in, one of them looked at Chris with a smile on her face. "Ready Mr Velez?"

He nodded. "Never been ready before!"

I looked at him and smiled. "Good luck and I'll see you in a bit."

"See you later avatar!"He said with a massive grin on his face then they pushed him out of the room.

I looked at the ring once more then I put it in my back pocket, I walked out of the room to see Richard stood there.

"He seems in a really great mood."Richard said with a smile on his face. "He screamed my name as they took him down to elevator."

"He's going to be okay."I said with a soft chuckle, my hands in my pocket. "I think we all going to be okay."

"Let's see how Erick is getting on then check on Amal?"Richard suggested as he looked at me.

"Royce did take her home didn't he?"I asked as I looked at Richard.

"Yeah he did, he took her and Maluma."Richard replied with a shrug of his shoulder. "Why?"

"Just, let's go see how Erick is."

We left the hospital and went to the apartment to see Erick and that girl asleep with a movie on.

"Erick's got a girl now."Joel said with a grin on his face as he looked at me. "When are you going to get yours?"

I took a sip of water and looked at him. "Soon."

"My girl is coming home tomorrow for sure."Richard said as he pulled out a Chinese takeaway leaflet. "I missed her too much."

"If Erick can get a girl, I seriously need to find myself one."Joel said as he let out a sigh.

"There's no point rushing into it."I said as I looked at Joel. "Just wait it out."

"Don't you think we should wake them up now?"Richard said as he looked at the girl and Erick. "Because I need to finish off Gianni Versace before Anouk comes."

"Why?"Joel asked as he looked at Richard and me.

"Because she goes all drooling on Ricky and the guy who plays the killer."I replied as I took a sip of my water.

"Why don't you just let her meet Ricky?"Joel suggested as he looked at Richard.

"What? And have her drool all over him in real life?"Richard said with a gasp, then he rolled his eyes. "That's like telling Zabdiel here to take Amal to Matt Bomer's house and we'll know she'll never leave there."

"She might put hidden cameras in there."Joel added with a soft chuckle.

"Speaking of Amal, I'm going to see her now."I said with a smile on my face.

I left the apartment and went to the house, I opened the door with my key then walked into the house.

"Amal?"

Then I heard faint sobs coming from the kitchen, I walked in to see Amal's back turned to me, her faced to the sink crying her eyes out.
