After the little incident with Booke and her freaking knives we looked through all of our weapons and decited who will take and what weapons with them to the masquerade. And of course, since me and Brooke were wearing dresses it was considerably harder to fit weapons in our outfits than in the tuxes that the boys were going to weare.

"So we have around five hours untill the ball starts. Chief texted me the time and adress yestarday night." Christian explained as he packed his weapons in two bags. The ones he was taking with him to the ball in one bag and the others in an other one. Everyone separated their weapons by the same strategy.

It was around three o'clock in the afternoon so that ment thatwe had about five hours since the ball started at about eight o'clock in the evening.

We ran through the plan once again. We agreed that Brooke, Brett, Christian and his date would go in first. After about ten minutes after they went inside Tyler and his date would enter the building, and after a few minutes me and Drayton would go in.

We would all settle a target and try to get information out of them in a subtle way so they wouldn't get suspicious.

We were to not harm any of the Division agents, exspecially not the leader.

Brett had searched up the blueprints of the mansion that the masquerade was held at, and we planned out where all of our positions would be in the main hall in the mansion since that was where the main part of the party was held at.

Brett is our hacker. He has been good at it ever since he joined The Agency. Even before that he was good at it. He had once told us that he hacked into the sequrity system in their house, so that he could spy on people and find out where his parents hid all the candy.

Honestly. Only Brett.

After the run-through of our plan we had about three hours before we had to walk through the doors of the building that the masquerade was held at.

Right now I was outside having a smoke. And don't start telling me that smoking is bad for your healt and can kill you, trust me, I know that, but I can practically die any second in this line of profession, so I wasn't gonna waste any second of my life not living for the fullest. I only smoked if I was nervous though. You would be pretty suprised how rarely I actually was nervous, so my health is fine.

I glanced at the watch on my wrist and noticed that it was pretty late, so I decited to head inside before Brooke would, and I quote, 'feed you to my bees, watch you die and record your dying screams if you aren't up and getting ready in ten'. Just the way she said it would make a grown man cower back to the hole he came from. So yeah. I wasn't exactly in the mood to be stung to death by bees at the moment, so...

"I don't know if Brett likes me though."

"What if he rejects me?"

"What if we get together and one of us kills the other because they were being too annoying?"

"What if he tells me he loves me too soon?"

Brooke has been going on and on about how Brett and her relationship, which hasn't even started yet, would turn out or what would happen.

It was seriously super annoying and unbearable, so I just plugged in my earphones at some point. But of course I didn't have those super handy ones that block out any other sounds, so I was still able to hear everything she was ranting about.

So of course I had enough at some point.

"Brooke! Shut up! If you never tell Brett how you feel you will never know. Just don't go up to him like 'Hi. By the way I'm in love with you. Bye.' Just use common sence and ask the guy out. We aren't living in 1834. A girl can ask out a guy just as easilly as a guy can ask out a girl." I reasoned with her as I was strapping the holster of my gun to my thigh. "You know what they say, confidence is hot." I never really tought that I would be giving anyone relationship advice, concidering I had only been in one and that didn't go too well either.
