I slowly woke up and my thoughts flooded back into my mind in a slow pace. The cold and hard surface underneath me felt damp and foreign. The air was cold around me and there was a slight breeze along with the feeling of water droplets hitting my exposed skin.

So basically it was just freezing and uncomfortable.

I'm probably somewhere outside. The other option is a cold and breezy shower, which is highly unlikely.

I was laying on my back and I tried to pry my eyes open but they wouldn't cooperate with me. Just my luck; when I need my body to do the things I'm telling it to do, it does the exact opposite.

Just open for the love of God!

Finally, after lying there for probably at least ten minutes or so, motionless, my eyes opened and I was able to inspect my surroundings.

Somehow, somewhere I found enough strength in my pathetically weak body and I was able to raise myself in a sitting position.

It was pouring rain and my hair along with my clothes were soaked.

As I looked around I noticed that I had been laying in some kind of a back alley this whole time. My body felt extremely sore but I couldn't dig up any sort of memory that would explain the pain. But what stood out the most was the more than painful pain in the back of my head.

I slowly got up with the help of the closest wall to me. I barely managed to stand on my feet for more than ten seconds without my legs giving in under me.

Pathetic. Thats how I felt. Extremely pathetic.

With a deep breath I let go of the wall and started walking away from the alleyway to the empty street which it lead to.

It was pitch black an the only source of light were the few faintly illuminative street lights along with the full moon shining down on me, creating an eerie atmosphere, like something straight out of a horror movie scene.

Now all I had to do was wait for the serial killer of some sort to jump out at me and attempt to kill me. Too bad for them that I'm not like the typical dumb blond chick in the movies.

As I kept on walking, the sceneries became fairly familiar and soon enough I found myself making it back towards my house down the familiar road. At this part of the city the roads were either lined by beautiful wooden or metal fences or by bushes.

Even in the haunting lighting the roads looked beautiful.

I was a few corners away from the house, but suddenly I began feeling a piercing pain in my head and became achingly dizzy.

Soon enough I found myself starting to run with the last of my strength towards the direction I was headed. A few steps before I reached the old gate of the small house, the pain in my head suddenly became even more intense and it felt like someone was drilling a hole in my head. No, it felt like something was trying to get out or claw its way out of there.

I let out a loud scream of pain and fell to my knees holding my head like a crazy person. After a few minutes the pain became so extreme, that my body just couldn't take it anymore and decided to give up without my actual consent, and I fell towards ground in what felt like slow motion and passed out before my body actually hit the ground.

Drayton's POV.

I was awoken by a sudden loud scream of a woman in the middle of the night from my not so peaceful dream. Actually, more like a nightmare.

My first instinct was to check on Brooke and Mackenzie. I quickly walked out of the one and only bedroom in the house, where I slept alone.

I had offered for someone to come and sleep with me in the bed, but Brett and Brooke said they were fully satisfied with sleeping on the pullout couch with Blake, and Christian had taken his spot next to Mackenzie on the other couch where Haze also took place.
