Haruko

It was the day of our survival task Papa was gone doing whatever he's doing and I was making breakfast and lunch bentos. Papa asked me to make the lunch bentos, but I woke up earlier than usual to make the best breakfast. I made Sasuke and Naruto a breakfast sandwich, with avocado, salmon, and tomato topped with salt and pepper on the side was scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage. I made Sakura a sweeter bento with mini waffles, heart-shaped ham, cheese triangles, fresh melon, fresh berries, green/purple grapes, and starfruit. I packed it all up and made my way to the training grounds 'Papa won't arrive for another hour' I get there and see the three of them waiting impatiently.

"YOU'RE LATE HARUKO" Naruto and Sakura screamed in my face I just smiled and handed them their bentos. I then handed Sasuke his and they looked at it like I gave them poison Naruto was the first to dig in.

"NARUTO what are you doing sensei said we couldn't eat"

"I made those for you to gather your strength he purposely told you not to eat to weaken you, making you easier to beat," I told her plainly after that Sasuke started eating his and Sakura handed hers back to me.

"I'm on a diet I cant eat it" she looked really hungry and as much we bumped heads these last few days I'm going to be nice I sat down and motioned for her to sit next to me she did and looked at me.

"I will share the bento with you so you won't have to eat the whole thing," I told her smiling she nodded and we were all eating together in a circle when we were finished we were just talking about everything even Sasuke joined in.

"Your such a good cook Haruko" Naruto beamed at me I blushed 'I thought it was just average'

"Thank you, Naruto," I said back timidly

"You act like a mother Haruko," Sakura said teasingly

"You guys are all older than me so I think I'm more the little sister type," I said jokingly they were all shocked I had thought they already knew.

"How old are you Haruko?" Naruto and Sakura asked

"I'm only 11 years old" I replied back 'I'm not that younger' I thought furrowing my brows.

"Well since were older that means you're our Imoto," Naruto said smiling I was surprised and I just nodded

"Then that means have to give you nicknames" I pointed at naruto first "You're Naru-nii" I pointed to Sakura next "You're Kura-nee" and lastly I pointed to Sasuke "You're Sasu-nii" I nodded to myself and then papa came.

"YOUR'E LATE" Naru-nii and Kura-nii screamed at Papa

"Sorry a black cat crossed my path so I had to go the long way," he said with a signature smile we all sweatdropped as he went over the rules Naru-nii attacked him early and failed miserably.

"It's good you came t me with the intent to kill, but I didn't say go" he released Naruto and gave one last look before saying go, everyone, but Naru-nii hid in the trees I hid my chakra completely, Sasu-nii almost hid his chakra well, and Kura-nii didn't hide her chakra at all. After Naru-nii's fight, Pap went after Kura-nii putting her in a genjutsu once he left I took Kura-nii out of the genjutsu.

"What happened Imoto?"

"Sensei put you in a genjutsu nothing you saw was real" I reassured her, but knowing Kura-nee e went to look for Sasuke I went after her and we found Sasu-nii with only his head sticking out.

"Sasuke-kun is only a head AAAAHHHHH" Kura-nee screamed and fainted I walk over and help sasu-nii out and then the alarm rings we go back and Papa starts to talk to us.

"You all fail, Naruto you only focused on trying to get the bells for yourself even the Hokage needs help Sakura, you only tried to find Sasuke when you have two other teammates right here Sasuke, you decided to fight me on your own since you thought the others were beneath you and Haruko, you helped all your teammates, but didn't tell them the one thing that would make you all pass" he said scornfully Sasu-nii charged at papa but ended up under his foot.

"Sakura kill Naruto and I'll spare Sasuke, Haruko if she doesn't obey kill Sakura" I knew the point he made. He walked toward a stone and was looking at it softly and he spoke

"This stone has heroes on it," he said solemnly

"I WANT TO BE ON THAT STONE!" Naruto yelled with determination Kura-nee looked at him surprised

"Naruto that's the K.I.A stone" she said sadly

"Naru-nii K.I.A means Killed In Action I don't want to see you on that stone ever" I told him harshly

"I will give you guys a second chance, don't feed Naruto you will obey me" Once he left I held up my chopsticks to Naru-nii offering him some food and Sasu-nii followed suit.

"We need to feed him so he has strength" Sasu-nii answered Sakura's unasked question she started to feed him too. I stopped feeding Naruto and handed food to Sasu-nii he looked at me questioningly.

"You were focused on feeding Naruto you forgot to feed yourself," I said offering a smile he looked away embarrassed and accepted the food I went back and forth from feeding them all

"thank you Imoto" Sasu-nii mumbled to me I just smiled and I took my kunai and released Naruto so he could eat himself. They all took their chopsticks and extended it towards me I blushed and accepted it we were all feeding each other and laughing when Papa came back.

"YOU, WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY FOR YOURSELF," he said storms coming around him

"The four of us are one," Kura-nee said Sasu-nii nodding in agreeance and Naru-nii yelling about how Sakura was right.

"YOU'RE ONE?" We all nodded and were prepared to fail.

"WELL, THEN....you pass" he smiled all the lightning clouds went away. We were all surprised and relieved at the same time.

"But how?" Kura-nee asked confused

"Who cares Kura-nii we passed together that's all that matters," I told her smiling brightly she smiled back and we, Naru-nii, and Kura-nii, started cheering.

"We will start missions as the official Team 7 tomorrow," Papa said looking at the K.I.A stone 'I wonder if his friends are on there' I thought sadly. I go up to Papa and he smiles down at me and pats my head

"you did good Haruko," he told me. I just smiled at him and wrapped my arms around him

"It's okay Papa everything will be okay, I bet your friends are proud of you," I told him soothingly. He was surprised but hugged me back holding onto me tightly we were like that for a moment.

"I wish you could have met them your team reminds me a lot of my own," he told me, we spent the rest of the day talking about his academy days and I talked to Papa's friends telling them about myself. From that day on I went with Papa to the stone to talk with Uncle Obito and Aunt Rin.
