⚔️Round Three...Fight⚔️

Time flew by fast and soon the chunin exams were happening. Papa and Sasuke were late and everyone wanted to see him perform. Naruto was up first against Neji it was intense Neji was a master of the Byakugan. He eventually pulled through and beat him to a pulp by sheer willpower. No one believed he could do it except for me, Sakura, Hinata, and Kiba.

"WAY TO GO NARU-NII!" I yelled from the stands and everyone else joined in. Next was supposed to be Sasuke and Gaara, but they still weren't here. 'Come on Papa!' I think worriedly glancing around the arena.

"Don't worry, look" Shika says pointing to the proctor, I look at the proctor. He announces that the match will be postponed pushing the other matches forward. I was happy that he could still participate, but upset because now my fight is almost up.

"Kankuro vs Shino Aburame!" The proctor calls as the two face each other. "Would any of you like to surrender?" He said looking at both parties he was about to start when Kankuro raised his hand.

"I surrender." He said smirking, Shino was declared the winner and then it was time for my match.

"Shikamaru Nara vs Temari vs Haruko Hatake" he calls confirming my worst fear 'I'm going against my boyfriend' I think getting sick to my stomach. Shikamaru gets pushed down by Naruto and the whole crowd boos at him. He walks over and the match begins, those two stare each other down and I hide out of sight. Me and Shika have a plan, he fights her, then gives up, I surprise her and beat her since she'll be exhausted . That's the gist of it at least they go on for hours she calculates how far she thinks his shadow can go. While he tried to get her over the hole, he finally does and locks her in shadow possession.

"What a drag! I give up" he said raising his hand. The proctor was about to call the match when I sent a huge gust of wind. She gets out the way quickly grabbing her fan I send another gust of wind that cuts her cheek.

"I completely forgot about you!" She said making me sweatdrop. 'That actually stings' I think getting ready for the fight.

"Flower Barrage" I yell sending my flowers her way she dodges most of them, but not all. Little cuts litter her body as we go on, she looks like she's about to pass out. I flash in front of her and check her pulse 'she needs to give up' I think and she shoves me away. I knock her out by hitting her pressure points and heal her using medical ninjutsu. I don't heal her completely, but enough that she won't die.

"Haruko Hatake is the winner!" The proctor called out and their was murmuring in the crowd. 'How can such a little girl be dangerous?' 'She's like her father so talented.' Then they erupted in applause much like when Naruto was up here. I go back up to the stands embarrassed by the amount of people who were congratulating me. Shika engulfs me in a hug, while spinning me around and I giggle.

"I hope that wasn't too much of a drag!" I tease and he rolls his eyes. A swirl of leaves appears in the middle of the arena. When it does down I see Papa and Sasu-nii in the middle and my eyes widen to the size of golf balls. 

"OI NII-SAN! YOU HAVE A LOT OF EXPLAINING TO DO" I yell angrily and they both sweatdrop at me. Papa comes up to the stands and I cross my arms huffing. He just rubs the back of his neck sheepishly chuckling.

"Come on Haruko, I'll explain later" he said reaching for me. He pulls me in a hug and I eventually give in. Once we separate I feel something warm on my forehead. I look at Papa, he winks at me and I give a small smile. Sasuke used the chidori to break through Gaara's sand everyone seemed surprised by that.

"GO SASU-NII!" I shout and the crowd anime falls. Suddenly a genjutsu was casted over the whole arena, and everyone slumps. I wasn't caught and neither were the jounin or Sasuke, Papa wakes Sakura up and then sends us on a mission, with Pakkun, to catch up with Gaara and Sasu-nii. We were told to bring Naruto and Shikamaru with us Sakura wakes up Naru-nii and I try to wake Shika, but no avail.

"Hey Pakkun, bite him" I whisper deviously

"Gross no way Lil Boss" he said blankly I pouted before getting an idea.

"I'll get you the expensive dog treats you like so much" I say roping him in, he agrees and I hear Shika scream. I laugh and catch Pakkun scratching behind his ears in his sweet spot "Thanks for waking him up." I say close eye smiling. 'The adventure begins' I think running with Pakkun in my arms.
