My Big Brother and His Little Sister

Last Saturday, April 14th to be exact, for the first time after months, mom brought both of us siblings to the beach.
That was a very very great opportunity for me since I just finished the first week of my final test.
The next test will be held at April 23rd - 27th then I'll gain my freedom.

Well not exactly free. I still have to apply for college next. But.....I already told myself to enjoy a little time before taking another test to enter the University.

But AB didn't go with us. He said he has to do something first and will catch up later.
So without any further questioning section, Mom and me left to the beach.
We bought food and drink on our way. Too lazy to make them from home. XD

Since it's Saturday, the beach was pretty crowded. But we were still able to find a good spot beneath a big tree.

It's very important to have a tree above us. The midday would come soon and we didn't want the sun burning us.

We came at perfect time. The water was in high tide. Great time to swim.

No matter how much I wanted it to feel the water, I didn't do it.
Instead, I laid with mom on the plastic mat.
I didn't remember what we were talking about but I think we talked almost about everything.
From A to Z.

It's almost in the middle of the day when finally AB arrived.
And he's not alone.
He brought a few friends.

And.......

.......his girlfriend.

Kyaaaaah!!!!!!!
I swear I almost jumped in excitement seeing the girl walked hand in hand with my brother.

That's really a great surprise.
Even mom was shocked and quickly woke up from her sleepy state.

Let's just call her Mangosteen, okay??

Why??
Because Mangosteen is sweet and I like it.

It didn't need a long time for me to get close to Mangosteen. She's a supple person and she likes jokes.
From her own mouth, she told me that she's one year older than AB and she is working now in one of the bank as teller.

I asked her what made her like my brother but AB pretended to choke me with his arm before Mangosteen could answer.
Jeez, he ruined my happy time!!

Oh, yeah, about AB's friends, he brought with him A, B and C.
I can't spill out their names and I am too lazy to make a nickname for them. XD

Since I'm close with AB, I know all of his friends. A and B are his friends from college but C is his friend in high school. He continues his study outside of town and since he was here, I bet he had a holiday from college.

I didn’t mind the three of them. The only thing I didn't like is they all called me minion too.

It felt like I have three ABs at the same time.

AB and his friends, and Mangosteen, didn't come with empty hands. They brought many snacks and drinks too.
The main reason why I liked they joined us.

We had our lunch there and then went to swim.

B brought a volleyball and we even had a match there.
A, C and me versus Mangosteen, AB and B.

I won.

Oh, no. Not me.
A and C won.
They took the ball almost every time.
Well, my poor short legs didn't allow me to jump too high. Hahaha.

After changing our wet clothes, we ate again.
Dang!!!! Beach made you hungry faster.

Suddenly, C gestured me to take a walk with him.
We didn't walk too far before we sat on the sand.

"I heard from AB you want to continue your study outside our small island. Is that true??" He asked.

Ah~~~ now I knew why AB invited C here. My brother must have thought that C could give me some advices.

I already talked about my college plan. AB didn't like it at first but he accepted it finally.

It turned out that C really could give me some great tips.
From the way the college held a selection test until the cheapest apartment near from college. He also told me where I can get affordable books for my study.

I was thinking it must be fun If I have a same college with C but when I thought that he could be the other version of AB, I changed my mind.

I maybe won't have same college with C but he already offered his help.
I think I will need it especially neither AB or mom could come with me.

*sighs*
I suddenly feel so lonely, imagining I will be in a new place without mom and AB.
It will be a big challenge for me. But....that's a process for me to grow up, isn't it??

I'll survive this.
