"I don't want to see another hickey on her, Keith." Darry growled. Pony sat on the sofa with his arms crossed. I think it was killing him that he couldn't take credit.
"Got it dad." Twobit chuckled.
Darry sighed and walked back to his bedroom before I sat down next to Pony.
"I'm proud of you, Pone." Dally said when Darrys door shut.
Pony furrowed his eyebrows and looked at him.
"I know that hickey is from you." He smirked.
His face flushed a scarlet red and he rolled his eyes.
"All you think about is sex." He growled under his breath and Dally laughed coldly.
"I've had one friend that I haven't thought about fucking." Dally laughed.
"And that's me." Johnny piped up.
Dally smirked and turned to him.
"Don't flatter yourself." He smirked.

I woke around midnight, feeling unsafe without Ponys arms around me. Wait. Where was Pony?
I sat up quickly and swung my feet over the side of the bed, slipping downstairs, creeping past Darrys room quietly, past the couch, where Soda was usually sleeping but it was also empty.
I heard voices out on the porch and stood at the doorway.
"And her eyes. God. And the way she laughs. Soda, I don't think ive ever been in more love than I am with her." I heard Pony say. My face broke into a soft smile.
"If say you've got a bad case of love, baby brother." Soda chuckled.
"God I hope so." He sighed.
