"Are you sure? I really don't mind sleeping on the couch." Dylan tells me for the one hundreth time.

"Yes now stop asking!" I put my pillow and blanket in place and face Dylan with a smile on my face.

"Ok, Ok, I'm sorry. Goodnight." He walks over and places a soft kiss on my forehead. I scrunch my eyebrows together as he starts to turn around.

"Wait a minute?" I pull back his arm turning him around to face me.

"What kind of goodnight kiss was that?" His confusion turns to humor as he pulls me into him with a smile on his lips. He places his soft lips onto mine and I kiss back with just as much force.

"Goodnight." He says once again and I smile triumphantly as I climb onto the couch.

-----------------------

I've been tossing and turning all night and it's driving me crazy. I just can't sleep. I look at the clock on the table next to me and see it's only 3 am. I've been laying wide awake for like 6 hours! I sit striaght up taking a look at everything that's around me. I can't see much but there's a small light on in the bathroom. I grab my phone off the table and walk over towards the bathroom. As I reach the door I see the other door cracked open and a sleeping Dylan laying on the left side of the bed.

I smile and push open the door making sure I don't make a noise and walk over to the bed. I climb in next to him being as quiet as possible so I don't disturb him. I make sure my back is facing him and scooch a little closer before resting my head down and falling asleep.

----------------------

My eyes slowly open, the sunlight blinding me through the curtains. I look around and don't recognize anything. My heart begins to race as I can't remember where I am. I look over and see a picture on the nightstand so I quickly pick it up. My heart beat slows down as I see a picture of Dylan and his family at a barbecue.

I put the picture down and suddenly feel extremely embarressed. Now that I know where I am I remember sneaking in here as well. I try to get up but an arm wrapped around my waist prevents me from going anywhere. I try to lightly push it off with out waking him but I hear a small grunt and see Dylan starting to stir.

I sit completely still just waiting for his reaction. Maybe he'll be mad at me? I watch as his eyes flutter open taking in his surroundings. His eyes slowly land on me and a smile finds it's way to his lips. I relax a little bit at seeing his smile and return it with one of my own.

"Hey beautiful." He leans over and kisses me sweetly.

"Hi." My voice comes out as more of a whisper.

"This is a pleasent surprise. Seeing you in my bed of course." He says causing me to blush slightly.

"Yea well last night I couldn't sleep." I say shyly looking away.

"Hey." He brings my chin back to face him laying my eyes on his own.

"I'm glad that you felt like you could come to me when you couldn't sleep."

I smile and lean down connecting our lips in another short kiss.

------------------------

I ended up going home after we ate breakfast and had a smile on my face the whole time. Dylan is truely amazing. I think I'm really falling for him, which can't be good because I'm only here for the summer.

I pull up to the driveway and get out walking up the steps of the front porch to reach the front door. I open it and immediately I'm attacked by screaming children and silly string being sprayed all over. I scream and jump back seeing Cameron and Sadie are the cause of this.
