Survival
Chapter: Thirty-Eight
Emma drags me towards her, I find her mouth. She wants me more than I want her, for some reason.
"I'm ready," she says.
"Are you sure?"
She nods.
I nod in respond.
She starts removing her clothes so gently and sensual. I do the same.
We are doing it.
In the couch.
I never though this would be the way I would lose my virginity. But I'm glad it's with a girl I love.
"I love you," she says.
My heart stops.
"I love you more," I say.
She's smiles.
I smile.
We just stare into each other's eyes without blinking.
I wouldn't change this for the world.
Blissfully we continue.
And on.
And on.
And on.
And we come to an end.
And we just lay on the coach with a small white sheet covering our warm bodies.
"That was something," she says.
"Did you like it?"
"Yeah," she tells me. "It's just I always thought my first time would be on my honeymoon."
"Was this your first time too?"
"Was it your too?" She's just as surprised as much as me.
"Well, next time it wouldn't be."
She actually laughs. "Same here," she says.
The night is still young, and the only thing I want to do is spend every waking second with Emma.
"Do you want to go for a walk?"
This was sudden. "Why?"
"I don't know," she whispers. "You want me to tell you something."
"Yeah."
"My Mom told me the night I was, what'd you call it, "produced"," she looks into my eyes. "They went out for a walk through the night and stayed awake all night long, they just lied somewhere on the grass and watched the sky, counted stars, and I really want to, can we?"
"Of course," I say. "Anything for you.
We get dressed and walk out the apartment together.
Holding hands.
