Destiny's POV

"Deathly Hallows, Iron Trials, Blood of Olympus-"

"Pretty Little Liars, Once Upon A Time, Teen Wolf."

I almost jumped at the unknown voice behind me and turned around.

Standing at about 5'8 ft, he had coal dark hair and amazingly blue eyes. He was good looking definitely but what I was smiling about was his ridiculous grin.

"Sorry, just thought we were saying titles. I didn't want to lag."

Walking in front of me, I couldn't stop smiling at his 'Bubbles' t shirt. Pulling out a chair and flopping down,
he leaned his chin against his hands.

I laughed a little, unsure whether I minded the company or not.

"These are books, not tv shows."

The boy smiled sheepishly and shrugged before looking at me in the eyes again.

"I'm not much of bookworm."

I smiled at his logic. Whoever this was, he seemed nice enough.

"You're in a library."

He looked around for a while.

It was an average library, white walls, six rows of tall, wooden shelves, three wide tables and an oak desk for the counter.

"Library has more than just books."

He looked at me smugly, smiling innocently, placing his chin on the table.

"Like?" I retorted, finished labeling the books and setting them aside.

"Like air-conditioning."

I laughed and shook my head while looking down at the table. From my peripheral vision, I could he see him placed his head sideways on the desk to look at my face.

He must have caught me looking because he did a silly face by sticking out his tongue and smiling madly again.

I felt my face get hotter so I kept my head low.

"Well, don't laugh at me. I just rode a bike 20 kilometers-"

He pointed to the glass doors, to a dark blue bicycle. It seemed old but definitely well taken care of.

I laughed again and finally felt my blush settle down before looking up at him again.

"I am hungry, tired and I really need to pee."

I kept laughing and soon he laughed too until the librarian came to hush us down. He shot me a quick wink before apologizing to the librarian. I felt that familiar heat rising again.

"I was actually here to ask you where the bathroom was but this conversation seems more entertaining."

"By conversation, you mean you talking and I listening then yes."

"You're talking to me right now."

He said, leaning back and folding his arms, revealing his deep dimples.

"Don't you need to pee?"

He acted to consider it for a moment before pouting and saying," You make a point."

I quickly pressed my lips shut before I could let another laugh slip pass my lips.

"Where's the toilet?"

"There is no toilet."

The boy opened his mouth and left it like that as if trying to understand the concept of a place not having a toilet. I smiled.

"What kind of library doesn't have a toilet?"

"This kind."

He smiled before nodding,"This is a strange town."

A bang of surprise hit me when I realized he was new around here.

"Oh gosh, please don't give that 'you're new here?' when it obvious I am."

I tilted my head slightly while biting my lip again before copying his actions and leaning back.

I couldn't stop grinning, gods I look stupid.

"Percy."

I realized I had drifted off into thought, he was waving his hand over my face and I blushed furiously.

I doubt this could get any more embarrassing for me.

He must had caught on my tinted cheeks because he smiled even wider and held out his hand.

I shook it and tried to recall my name. Oh my god.

"Destiny."

"Well, Madam Mayor, I would really be delighted if I could continue this conversation but I need to pee. Does your library have any plastic bags?"

I laughed and pointed to the corner of the room. It had the bathroom sign hanging over it.

Percy looked over to me again with a faked hurt expression and gasped.

"You liar. I trusted you."

I shook my head, feeling my cheeks becoming sore from so much smiling.

"Now, I need to pee and to do that, I think you can let go now."

It took me a moment to realize that I was still holding on to his hand and when I immediately let go, he laughed halfway before stopping himself because he saw the librarian around the corner.

Imitating the librarian, he put a finger to his lips and shushed me. I nodded, smiling even more now.

People should pay me for experiencing so much physical pain from just bringing the ends of my lips up.

I watched from behind as he dashed to the bathroom and bumping into a few book shelves and shooting me an embarrassed look before actually reaching the toilet.

Only then did I realize that he had actually passed me a paper. He must have written it when I was too distracted trying to remember my name.

In scribble handwriting, I read,'Call me. I mean it. I will find you. I will hunt you down. And then I take your phone and dial my number.'

It was followed by a phone number.

Sneaky bastard.

I'm not gonna start with the girl immediately heads over heels with the guy because she'll need to learn about first, right?:)
