About two weeks passed and school was already starting. Me and Dylan had been skyping every night since then, except for a couple of nights when he had other things to do or I had things to do. Tomorrow was the official day of school to start and I was so not ready.

I mean, I had I was physically ready, just not mentally. Plus, my school sleeping schedule was screwed up, but I didn't expect it to be perfect hence the fact I'd still be skyping Dylan.

"Good luck tomorrow." Dylan said. "Thanks, I'll need it haha." "You'll do fine." "I hope. When do you go back to school?" "Two days." He replied. "Lucky." I said, grinning.

We talked a little bit more and I didn't even realize that I had fell asleep. When I woke up the next morning, I realized the call was still on. Dylan liked to watch me sleep, I didn't really know what was so interesting. But however, I liked watching himself also, so I guess there isn't much of a difference.

I took a quick shower, dried off and put my undergarments on. I walked over to my closet. I wanted to wear something cute for the first day. I finally went with a pair of shorts and a tanktop shirt that flowed out with the sides being a little bit longer. I ended it with a pair of my favorite sandals. I looked at the clock and I still had an hour to do my hair and makeup before I had to leave.

I curled my hair, making it a bit natural so it didn't look like I tried so hard. Then to my makeup, which took me no time to do. I looked in the mirror and I didn't really doubt myself with this. I actually decent. I went over to my long mirror, opened instagram and took a picture, labeled: "First day of school! So not ready tho"

I swung my bag over my shoulder and went downstairs where I met my mom making toast. "Here you are, sweetheart." She said, handing me a plate of toast. "Thank you so much." I really did mean that. I was absolutely starving and cafeteria food later would not cut it.

I ate quickly, took a swig of orange juice, and got into my mom's car. We were on my way to my school, my least favorite place. 'Are you nervous?" My mom asked, looking over at me with a smile. "A bit." I replied, feeling my palms getting sweaty. "You have nothing to worry about."

We finally got to school and I walked in. Thank God, Layla was the first person I saw. She gave me a hug instantly. "You looked adorableeee!" She cooed. "Aww, you look beautiful, yourself!" I replied. After a bit of catching up with a few friends, I was done talking to anyone. All they wanted to know was about me and Dylan. I mean, I didn't mind telling them, but having the same questions asked over and over again got pretty tiring.

The day seemed to last forever. Finally it was the end of the day and I made my way to my locker through the sea of people. It actually died down a lot once I got to my locker. I pulled out what I needed and put what I did need into the locker. I zipped up my bag and shut my locker and there stood Cole Sanderson, what the girls at my school would call him "that hot, popular, football and basketball player.", but personally, I couldn't stand him.

He was so cocky, everything about him. He was always trying to get into girl's pants and I prayed I wasn't his next target. "Hey beautiful." He said, leaning up against a few of the lockers. "Um hi." I replied nervously, noticing the crowd dying down a whole lot more. I wish these people would stay. "Do you need a ride home?" He asked, winking. My luck, Layla swung over and hooped her arm through my arm. "Hey, my mom wanted to know if you wanted to ride home with us and come over. She already talked to your mom."

A weight lifted off of my shoulders and I instantly replied. "Yeah, that sounds great." Then I turned to Cole. "Sorry, can't. Already have a ride but thanks for the offer." I twirled around, unhooking arms with Layla. Thank GOD she came. We got in the car and rode over to her house.
