Carina who?

Callie's POV
The day passed and I didn't get to see Arizona all day. I guess my plan of coming here and telling her all the thing I want to say won't be that easy.
As I'm leaving the hospital Meredith calls me out.
"Callie, where are you staying?" Meredith asks.
"At the hotel just down the street.." I say turning back to face her.
"None sense. You're staying with me!" Mer says catching up with me.
"Ok. I'm going to swing by Arizona's to check on Sofia and then I'll go to your's" I say grabbing my phone.
"Ok!" Mer says.
I text Arizona to ask if I can see Sofia and after a 15 minute drive I get to our, her place.
Carina opens the door.
"Um.. Hello, I came to check on Sofia.." I say surprised by who opened me the door.
"Yeah sure, come in!" Carina says. "Arizona is just putting her to bed upstairs, second bedroom on the left"
"Thanks, I know. This was my house too" I say dropping my bag and going up the stairs.
"I'm sorry I forgot" Carina says. Did I go to hard on her? Yep. Definitely. I'm tell her sorry later.

Arizona's POV
"Hey" I hear Callie's voice behind me.
"Hi mommy!" Sofia says reaching her arms for Callie.
Callie comes in the bedroom and hugs a laying and very feverish Sofia.
"How's my baby?" Callie says sitting down.
"Very tired and cold" Sofia says shivering.
"I know baby but the medics will kick in any minute now" I say kneeling down next to Sofia's bed and running her hands up and down the little girl's arms.
"Can you lay down with me?" Sofia asks to one in particular.
"Momma can lay with you, I'll come later to kiss you goodnight ok baby?" I ask her smiling.
Sofia just nods.

Callie's POV
After thirty minutes of talking, me singing and telling stories Sofia falls asleep happy. I close her bedroom door and walk downstairs quietly.
"She's the mother of my child" I hear Arizona say.
"She's not very nice is she?" Carina says
"She is once you get to know her, she's just protective of Sofia." Arizona says stroking Carina's arm.
"Well I think she's not just protective of Sofia" Carina argues.
"That's nonesense. She has a girlfriend. And so do I and I like mine a lot!" Arizona says and Carina matches her smile. They're happy, like really happy..

At Meredith's house
"I f***** up Mer.."
"Yeah, no joke.." Mer says. We've both had a few beers.
"Who is Carina after all?" I ask her.
"She's Deluca's sister. Came from Italy to study vaginas and is obcessed with orgasms. Word is, she gives the best ones and I don't doubt it but how could anyone know, besides Owen she has only been with Arizona.." Mer says sipping on her beer.
"Owen?" I ask.
"Yeah, the night she and Arizona broke up she was caught by Arizona herself kissing Owen in the middle of a hall"
"Seriously?" I ask her.
"Seriously!" Mer says nodding.
"And she went back to her?" I ask her.
"Arizona was the one to broke their thing off but still, after just a few hours, that's not right"
"Preach I say!"
"I'm gonna call her!" I say standing up.
"Oh no no!" Mer says trying to grab me but failing. By the time she got herself up the phone was already ringing.

Phone talk between Arizona and Callie
"Callie? Is everything ok?" Arizona answers the phone.
"Hey, Yeah. Is Carina there?"
"No, why?" Arizona asks already a little annoyed.
"Because Mer just told me what she did to you and that's not wright. Sleeping with someone else the same day? That's not ok Arizona!"
"Oh and leaving with my kid to New York is?" Arizona asks.
"I.."
"Don't be lecturing me about what's ok Callie when you left our therapy mid way though and took me to court."
"Arizona I.."
"And don't drunk call me again Callie, I'm not up for it"
"I haven't.."
"Don't lie to me. I can tell when you've been drinking.."
"I'm sorry.." Callie says in a sad voice.
"Callie, you need to make up your mind. You can't leave and come back eight months later barging in like everything is yours. Things change, people grow.."
"I know Arizona. I'm sorry, have a good night"
"You too Calliope" Arizona says and hangs up.
"I'm going to fight for you"
