       Saturday July 13th

Rest of the week here in Portland consisted of me being home alone in the house resting, or yeah watching tv shows. Daniel and Anna was out on a really long hike so I didn't see them for like a day. Keri and Jeff were home so I ate with them and then they went to bed. Alone again.

Today is the day we're going home. I'm not going to see Daniel for a long time when we do. I'm going back home to my brother, he's been living alone for 2 years and I haven't met him since he moved away.
Daniel is in the room packing his stuff while I'm cleaning my cut.
"Hey Bestie are you done packing?" He asks me and I nod while cleaning it.

For some reason, being called bestie has tired me out. I'm starting to hate it.
"Presley?" He asks me and I look at him.
"Yeah? Sorry, I was just focused. My bag is here." I say and throw the cloth away.
"It's ok. I'll bring it downstairs and you can meet me there." He says and grabs it. I nod and get up from the bed and start to limp down the stairs. It still hurts but not as much as before.

I get down the stairs and everyone is waiting in the car, but Keri who's waiting to lock the house. I get out to the car and sit down next to Daniel. The ride to the airport is silent. It feels like all the happiness has drained out of me since the accident. It's so weird. We get our of the car and walk inside.

We check the bags in and walk over to the security. That's when someone yells my name. I see the blonde guy running up to me and scoops me up.
"Aaron!" I say and hug him back. He smiles at me and kiss my cheek.
"How are you- wait what have you done?" He asks me and I giggle. Our eyes meet and I remember those beautiful hazel eyes like it was yesterday.
"Oh that. A skating accident!" I say and giggle. He chuckles and hugs me again.

Daniel walks up to us with furrowed eyebrows. Aaron smiles at him and Daniel half smiles back.
"Who are you?" Daniel asks him. Aaron chuckles and smiles at him again.
"I'm Aaron. Aaron Spencer." He says and reach his hand out for Daniel to shake. Daniel grabs it and shakes it.
"Daniel Seavey." He says. Aaron smiles widely.
"Oh that's the celebrity you've been hanging out with Pres." He says. I giggle at the nickname and nod. Daniel looks at me confused.

"How do you know each other?" Daniel asks us. I chuckle and scratch the back of my neck.
"We dated in high school. For 3 years. Then we fell out of love and decided just to be friends. Alex and Aaron met at a party while I was dating Alex and there was a lot of drama." I answer and Daniel swallows and nods.
"You're looking amazing by the way. Like really." Aaron says and eyes me up and down. I slap him playfully and I can see Daniel rolling his eyes. I chuckle to myself and hug Aaron another time.

"So are you going back to North Dakota?" I ask him. He nods and smile at me.
"So am I." I say and he chuckles. I hear Daniel whisper behind me and I laugh and shake my head.
"Well we should probably get going to the gates." Daniel says breaking the silence. Anna and the others has already passed and are sitting at a Starbucks. We nod and get through security. Aaron and I sit down and talk to each other. Daniel is glancing at us now and then. Aaron grabs my hand and Daniel gets out of his chair and walks away. I ignore it and grab his hand back.

Daniel comes back and we walk over to the gates. Aaron and I are still holding hands. I limp through the airport until I find my gate. I let go of Aaron's hand and hug the others goodbye. Daniel pulls me into a deep and warm hug. Closing every gap there's between us. I wrap my arms around him and hug him back. When we let go of the hug he kiss my cheek really quick making my cheeks flush red.
Aaron chuckles and we sit down at the gate.

I get on the plane and sit down in my seat. Aaron is on the other side of the plane. Daniel upgraded my ticket once again. He always spoil me. As soon as the flight starts I grab my sketch pad and starts drawing. This is my last piece for my portfolio. Then I just have to turn it in to the school and hope for the best.
I draw until I feel myself getting tired. I slept through most of the flight and got there in perfect time. The cold weather of North Dakota hit me as soon as I stepped outside. I hate it so much.

"So I guess your brother is picking you up?" Aaron asks me as he catches up to me. I nod and smile at him.
"So are you and that Daniel dude dating?" He asks me and I chuckle.
"No, why?" I ask and turn fully to him. He chuckles and scratch the back of his neck.
"When he hugged you he gave me a death stare, he's actually a bit scary." Aaron says and I giggle.
"Daniel? Scary?" I ask him laughing. He chuckles and nods.

I see my brother Hunter stepping out of his car and running towards me. I cant run so I start to walk towards him and we meet in a hug.
"Hi Pres! I've missed you so much!" He says and kiss my head. I hug him really tight.
"Same to you Hunt!" I say and he chuckles. Aaron walks up to us and greets Hunter.
"You were in Portland too?" Hunter asks Aaron.
"Yeah, I was there visiting some friends." He says and smiles at Hunter. We stand there and talk for a while until we say goodbye to Aaron.

Hunter drives us to his house and I meet his dog, Huntress. Fits kinda well right? My brother has always thought about those kinda things.
We eat some fried chicken at his house and decide to get to bed. It's already dark outside and I think the time's about 10:23 PM. I'm actually pretty tired.
I get to bed and turn all the lights off. Goodnight North Dakota, Goodnight Hunter, Goodnight Aaron... and Goodnight Daniel.
