       Tuesday July 8th

Anna and I are sitting at the table talking. Aria and Tyler are dancing to Thinking Out Loud. Keri and Jeff are about to join in. A guy walks up to us and asks Anna to dance. I smile at her and tell her to do it. They walk away and join in on the dance floor.

I grab my phone and walk outside to look at the view. I take a quick photo and edit it a little. The view is really amazing. I go into Insta and post the photo. I gain almost 1200 likes in just 4 minutes, limelights go hard.

The door opens and Daniel comes outside.
"Hey." He says and stands next to me. I smile at him and answer "hey". He chuckles and look out over the view. We just stand there in silence, not awkward but comfortable.
"Do you want to dance?" He asks me out of no where. I look at him.
"What?" I ask him. He chuckles and look at me.
"Would you like to dance with me?" He says again, I chuckle and nod. He grabs my hand and we walk inside again. A new slow song is on.

I wrap my arms around his neck and he puts his hands on my waist. We dance to the music and I put my head on his shoulder. I get eye contact with Aria who's winking at me. I smile and close my eyes.
"What are you thinking about?" He asks me and I look up at him. He's smiling and I smile back.
"I don't know actually." I say and put my head down on his shoulder again.
"Oh.. those thoughts." He says. I chuckle and nod.

"Want to know what I'm thinking about?" He asks me. I chuckle and say yes.
"About how thankful I am for you, and that you forgave me." He says and I look up at him. I smile really brightly at him.
"Always!" I say and kiss his cheek. I put my head down again and we dance for a long time.
Aria catch my sight again and she's smiling at me. I smile back and close my eyes again.

The song ends and me and Daniel walk over to our table again and sit down.
"Did you take this?" He asks me and show me my recent Instagram post. I nod and he smiles looking surprised.
"It's really good." He says and I smile at him.
"Thank you." I say and look down at my hands.

"Attention everyone!" Tyler says in the mic. We all look at him and it goes silent.
"I wanted to say a few words." He continues. He looks over at me and Daniel and smiles.

"I wanted to thank Presley, our childhood friend. Or more Daniel's friend, for introducing me to this wonderful girl sitting right there. Who knew she was going to be a Seavey in the future." He says and smiles at me, Daniel grabs my hand and squeezes it 3 times again, I need to know what it means.
Tyler finished his speech and people start to dance again.

Anna come and sit down next to me, I turn to her and smile. She's all out of breathe from dancing really much. I chuckle and shake my head.
"What?" She asks me and takes a sip of her drink.
"Nothing." I say and look at her. She shakes her head and laughs.
"Are you having fun?" She asks me and I nod.
"Just thinking about something." I add and she nods. I smile at her and pick up my phone. I look at Instagram and see all he notifications. The only notification I can focus on is Daniels comment; "a beautiful picture taken by a beautiful girl".

I smile at the phone and look up. Seeing Daniel dancing with a girl. I swallow the lump in my throat and look back down on my phone. Anna is looking at me a bit sad. I ignore it and put my phone down.
"I'll go for a walk." I say and walk away, Anna tries to say something but I just walk away. Daniel and I get eye contact before I get outside, I smile at him and he looks at me with a confused face.

I get outside and start walking down the gravel road. It got roses on the side of it leading over to a fountain. I lay down on the bench and look at the night sky, it's covered in clouds and I can see the moon peeping out behind them. A small tear fall out of my eye, if it's a happy or a sad I can't tell. I lay there for a while until I hear the door opening, revealing Aria. She walks up to me and I sit up making space for her.

"How are you?" She says as I wipe the little tear away. I turn to her and smile.
"Good, my eye just let out one of those laying down tears you know." I lie and chuckle. She shakes her head and pulls me into a hug.
"I know when you're lying." She says and I smile in the hug.
"I know.." I say and we release the hug.

"So tell me, what's the matter." She says and I shake my head slowly.
"I don't know actually." I say and start to fiddle with my fingers looking up at her. She smiles at me in pity.
"You're starting to gain feelings for Daniel aren't you?" She asks me. I chuckle and shake my head.
"It doesn't even matter. He doesn't feel the same.." I say and take a deep breathe. Aria chuckles and I look at her. She points at the door and I look over at the glass door. Daniel is sitting in a chair and is looking at us. As I look at him he looks away.
"I don't think that's right." She says. I giggle and look at my eyes and then up at him. The girl is now sitting next to her and they're talking.

"But I do." I say and get up. I put my hand out for her to grab it.
"But that doesn't matter, now I want to dance with my newly wed best friend." I add and she smiles at me and grabs my hand. We walk inside and walk out on the dance floor and start to dance together. Keri and Tyler are talking and smile when they see us dancing. I smile back at them and we continue dancing.

It's currently 2 AM and the last guest just left. Ed Sheeran is playing in the speakers as I'm cleaning up. There's no one here, only me cleaning. I throw the trash down into the big plastic bag I'm carrying. They didn't hire any cleaning because they wanted to do it tomorrow instead. I cant go to sleep if I know the place looks like this. The door opens and reveals messy haired Daniel only in some grey sweatpants. I quickly look away as our eyes meet, I continue picking up the trash.

"I thought you were sleeping." He says and chuckles.
"Same to you." I say and giggle. He laughs and walks up to me.
"You shouldn't be cleaning this." He says and gestures to all the trash. I chuckle and keep cleaning.
"I can't sleep if I know it's this messy." I say and throw a napkin away.
"Well at least let me help you!" He says and starts gathering the empty beer bottles.

We clean almost everything but the floor and the bar. It's now 3:23 AM.
"Can you please go to sleep now?" He asks me and smile at me. I chuckle and smile.
"Where should I sleep then? I'm too tired to drive back home, is there a place to sleep here?" I ask him. He chuckles and nods.
"Anna and the others took the other beds, there's one left. You can take it." He says and coughs a little.
"No it's ok. I can sleep on the couch in the dressing room." I say and grab my purse. He smiles at me and takes a step but stops. I wrinkle my forehead and start to walk away. He smiles and walks out the door he came through. Weird...
