Sunny's P.O.V
Since my uncle let me have the party naturally I was the host. Sophia was supposed to be co-host but that obviously isn't going to happen. I soon grew frustrated with all the wild teenagers and ended up scurrying around like a chicken with his head cut off. I had a million things to do. Checking on security, supplying snacks, mingling, enforcing rules, shooing away unwanted guests. The list goes on and on. I yelped out in agony when I noticed yet another person being unruly and hurling a bottle threw the window. I immediately due to my crankiness escorted them to the nearest security guard and asked for them to be removed. That's going to the extreme? Why can't you be content with dancing and singing and joking around? That's what you do on a normal basis! that is so disrespectful. I don't have to stand ideally by and watch the chaos. I'm not going to end up like some character from a Disney show who wrecks her house. I'm going to take action. I walked out to the stage and took the microphone from the band mid performance. Oh yeah, I definitely had their attention now.
Sunny: Listen up! I want you to treat this place with respect. Have some pride in yourself and have some dignity and stop acting like trashy slobs. THIS IS NOT A GREMLINS MOVIE! If you want to be a party animal fine do that in the parking lot because I'm not putting up with it here. That's all now that were all sane...TURN UPPPP!
The crowd yelled in response. I chuckled at the term I used. I couldn't think of anything better to say so why not? I walked over to a nice cushioned chair and rested. I looked up soon after to see Colby approaching me.
Colby: Hey cranky head.
Sunny: If I was you I wouldn't poke the bear.
Colby: Who pushed your buttons?
Sunny: Do you even have to ask?
Colby: No, you're just funny when you're angry. He laughed.
Sunny: I'm doing this for you. So keep laughing and I'll drop it all.
He stopped immediately. And started stammering a apology.
Colby: Oh I'm so sorry.
Now it was my turn to laugh.
Sunny: I'm just messing around. Ethan's a really nice guy. I'd hate to see him suffer with his jerk of a father. Plus he's not as annoying as you are.
We laughed and joked around some more. Its fun teasing each other but in the end I know he always has my back and I'll always has his. The rest of the night when smoothly. The party guests started acting normal and less like cavemen. I was finally able to enjoy the party and dance the night away. Yep everything worked out. Well almost everything. There's still the Sophia thing. But that's a problem for tomorrow I just have to live today like it's my last!
