The doorbell rings at around 2:05 and I try to make it seem nonchalant, chilling in the living room, but I was extremely ecstatic and it was getting harder to hide my feelings.
Amy opens the door and invites Kevin inside. He's wearing a blue world map themed top and beige shorts.
He waves.
I wave back.
He walks over to me and sits down.
My heart thumps.
"You wanna see something amazing?" he says, with a twinkle in his eyes.
I grab my whiteboard and write in my nicest handwriting.
I turn it around so Kevin can see what's written.
'Is it as amazing as you?'
He grins.
"Not even close."
