Kevin stands on his feet and takes a deep breath.
"Coco, would you care to join me," he asks, with a sincere grin. He sticks out his hand for me and I just sit there like an idiot and do nothing.
I can't. If I do it, I might stress myself, I might die. But I can't tell Kevin, he'll probably stop seeing me if I tell him that.
So I muster up all the courage I can, and place my hand on his. He swings his free arm under my legs and his other hand on my back and places me on the blanket like a doll.
"There. Now we can really enjoy this." He grins and my heart feels on cloud 9.
Absolutely everything is perfect.
