One day, I was walking down to the library once again. TF couldn't make it, so I was just there with OF and the random side character that doesn't have a name. However, sadly I'm going to have to think of a really creative name because he is actually kind of important in this chapter.
Sigh.
Anyways, he is... Satin!
So, we were walking, and I was totally third-wheeling it as they talked about video games that I can never play. (I don't have an Xbox or anything. Pity me).
Finally, we got to the library. I was excited, because I thought now I could actually look like I was trying to be excluded if I went and read a book.
But, they, and by that I meant OF, because I'm pretty convinced that Satin does not like me, asked me to go outside and swing.
I reluctantly agreed, and out we went. It was bright and sunny, and oh yes, the sunlight did hurt my eyes. A lot. It wasn't funny. But I struggled through it, because I am a fighter. Finally, after what seemed to be a thousand years, we started to get closer to the swings.
I turned to look at OF, and she turned to look at me. Then I nodded. It's on.
We both sprinted towards the swing, and even though there were two others, we both ran towards the same one. We shoved, and we pushed. And then it ended up as both of us sitting on it and being squished. We are genius.
Then Satin walked up behind us. I stared at the sand below the swing, and looked at the ocean. It was a pretty day, and there were little sand crabs crawling all over the place. Looking at those crabs, I was reminded of a very important fact.
"Hey OF... Should we tell Satin now?"
She thought for a moment. "Sure, I think it's time he knew."
Satin looked confused. I would be too. Maybe because I am easily confused. But not the point. "What are you going to tell me?"
"Well. Umm..." I glanced over at OF a.k.a. Peffron. "Do you want to tell him? It's kind of your fault."
"Okay, I'll tell him." Then she turned to Satin. "Satin, I am your father."
"What the hell?"
"What she was trying to say is, you are Peffron Junior. She is your father," I put in, since OF didn't help at all.
"Then who is my mom?"
I looked at OF again. "We don't know yet. Maybe if Peffron wasn't such a cheater we would be able to find out."
He sighed. "Well, that's just messed up."
I couldn't agree more. It really is.
Then he adds, "So... Can I turn into a hermit crab and make sweet love with random chicks too?"
I sigh. What the hell has Peffron created?
