Once I'm back, I can't help but wondering what happened to Zach. Was he just a figment of my imagination or is he an actual person. And if he is a real person, does he like me? Do I like him?

--

It's been a week and I have fully caught up on everything, I think. I have tried asking about Zach and neither my family or my friend has answered my question saying my "brain is too unstable to get a rush of memories, maybe tomorrow."

I did ask about Casey and got an answer. Apparently she was the person across from me at the hospital-she was diagnosed with some mental disorder.

Everyone else from my dream/nightmare, I have found out has been in my life at some point, either a teacher, babysitter, friend at school, parents friend, or someone that works at some place I went a lot.

The only person I haven't heard about has been Zach. Now they are saying "he would like to tell you in person", so I'm just waiting for him. I wonder if I'll feel the same attraction to him in real life as I felt in my dream/nightmare.

A knock sounds at my bedroom door.

"Come in!", I say jumping on my bed.

A boy about my age walks in with flowers and a stuffed animal. My heart speeds up and I feel heat on my checks, but It still takes me a few seconds to realize who it is. He notices my confusion.

"What? You don't recognize your boyfriend, do you?"

Zach. OH MY GOODNESS! HDLWBDLSNSKCLSBSKLCMSKSKCLSNALDMX!
ITS ZACH!

I jump up just to fall back down on my bed with Zach. He's my boyfriend!

WOA.

"Oh, I see you do now", he smiles and I can't help, but mimic him. He plays with my hair.

"I brought you flowers, and a stuffed bear."

The flowers are every color (dandelions included) I could ever imagine and look beautiful in his hands. It's the stuffed bear that grabs my attention though, it is holding a read heart that has "I LOVE YOU" inscribed on it. I take the flowers and squeeze the bear.

"They are perfect."

"I tried to get to you sooner, but your parents wouldn't let me because it would be 'bad for your health' at which point I said 'I may be bad for her health, but in good for their heart.', they let me in after that."

His smile is so perfect.

"I missed you.", I say.

"I missed you too.", he replies.

The distance between us closes as my lips join his. We kiss for a while then break apart for air.

This is not the end, it was never the end.

It's only the beginning.

I kiss Zach again.
