Taylor is astonished as his father reveals that he can't find Leigheanna. How come? Isn't she supposed to be on her way back home with Dave?

Taylor: What are you even talking about?

Dave: Let me explain. I picked up Leigheanna back in Arlington and-

Taylor: Did Kaitlin do anything to her? I swear that she-

Dave: She only bruised her face, luckily. But things could've gone much worse, trust me. Anyway, we were driving back home, when she had the silly idea of stopping at a motel for the night. We fell asleep, but, when I woke up, I couldn't find her anymore!

Taylor: Dad, stop panicking!

Dave: She could've been kidnapped! You know what? I'm gonna call 911!

Taylor: No way. You're going to call Leighy first.

Dave: Are you stupid or what? She's gone!

Taylor: She might've brought her phone with her. Come on, try calling her.

Dave: Okay. But, if she doesn't answer, I'll call your mother, then I'm gonna report everything to 911!

Taylor: Just promise you'll call her before doing anything else.

Dave: Okay, okay. I'm gonna call her now.

Taylor: Thank you. Bye.

Dave: Bye.

The conversation ends and Taylor can go back to having cocktails with his friends. Suddenly, Aaron, who has just finished his drink, dives in the pool, splashing the rest of the group and soaking the poor Leslie to the skin.

Leslie: Aaron! You idiot!

Aaron: What?

Leslie: You splashed me! Now I have to pick another outfit!

Alaena: Don't worry, Les. I can help you. Come inside.

The two girls go back indoors to change their wet clothes, while the boys keep laughing at the huge prank played on them.

Taylor: That was great, dude.

Aaron: Thanks.

Taylor: Where are Bailey and Riley?

Aaron: Who knows?

Taylor: I guess we'll catch them at lunch. Come on, let's go.

While the two boys also leave the pool, Dave is pacing back and forth at the desolate gas station in the middle of nowhere.

As he's clutching nervously his phone, he stares at the screen, realizing that he has to call Leigheanna to sort things out and possibly apologize to her.
