Cameron's POV

I started to regret this beach outing when I saw Charlotte was coming too.

Isaac and the ginger haired girl beside him whom I fear waved at me, I nervously waved back as I approached them.

"Evan's coming too?" I asked Isaac who's cleaning his camera lenses.

"Obviously. I'm going to Aaron, if you need me don't call me." Evan rolled his eyes and entered the van.

Today, we planned to go to a beach since Isaac got five free coupons.

He invited Mickey but she planned for Osaka, Thena who's in Busan, and Lui but is suffering with summer classes.

Isaac had no choice but to invite the ones with no schedule.

"I thought no girls allowed?" I asked, glancing at Charlotte before entering the van too.

Isaac and Charlotte followed behind, and Isaac's dad started the engine.

"You're rude." Charlotte elbowed me harshly in the chest and sat behind with Aaron. "I'm bisexual."

Isaac sat between Evan and I as our road trip began.

The beach is far from Tokyo, so we spent a lot of time inside the car talking about stuff and playing games.

We reached the mountians, and the car swayed in a familiar motion repeatedly, making me feel like vomiting.

"You okay?" Isaac patted my shoulder making me face him.

To be frankly honest, I'm not.

"He doesn't like zigzags, he barfs." Charlotte laughs whenever she sees me sick.

Just like how Evan explained that he doesn't hate me, but if I'll ever be hit by a bus, he'll be driving it.

"Unfortunately, we'll be encountering like, fifty zigzags for the next hour." Aaron explained, smirking at his google maps.

I am surrounded with devils.

Isaac handed me a plastic bag, "In case you vomit."

"Thank you so much, you're such an angel." I cried and took the plastic.

"Uhh, you're welcome?"

"What K-drama is this," Charlotte's laugh sounded like a whistling kettle, making Aaron clutch his stomach in laughter.

"I ship these two." Aaron wiped a tear as he attempted to calm himself.

"Gross, Just ship me with a girl." I made a derpy face making them shut up and stare at me.

"How about Ash huh," Charlotte teased, her head leaning on the chair in front of them.

I sat there silent for a moment.

We never dated, I think. I liked her, she liked me, and that's it.

We got closer than before, but because of friendship. The others misunderstood us for dating.

Our friendship felt like lasting.

Until..

I noticed her grades slightly dropped ever since I came. Ash's grades meant a lot to her, and I was still confused.

Adults said that it really goes like that. Be distracted in a relationship and you're marks will surely be lower than before.

But the problem is we're not even a couple.

I came to the conclusion that her low scores was my doing.

So I distanced myself from her. That's how our friendship ended.
