I had ran, full throttle to the figure, and IMMEDIATELY regretted it; a gun pointed slightly to my head, the figure had emerged from the shadows, and exposed itself to me; a face of sternness and fiery, it was... my uncle. He was angry, glaring at me with the gun still pointed to my head. "What are you doing outside?" the words spiraling out from behind his gritted teeth. "Umm..." I peeked over his shoulder, hesitant of what to say next. "TELL ME. NOW." I couldn't do it. Even if I got fully punished, I didn't know anything about that odd guy; but who was I to act for him anyway? He would probably get in trouble with or without my help. He stared at me grimly, retracting the gun from my temple and placing it in his dark, slim holster that hung below his waist. "You're not my father, you know." I snapped, shoving him aside and quickly running to my bedroom window. Shock wasn't the only thing that showed on his dirty, sweaty face; there was also anguish, disgust, and regret. Not that I wasn't feeling the same things he was. "TWO WEEKS, YOU'RE GROUNDED FOR TWO WEEKS, YOU HERE?"
