Dear Justin,
I can't believe it's been almost two months since we broke up. I feel like I've been stuck on the day we broke up, revisiting that pain, that emptiness, the despair, and heartbreak. It's still so fresh, so new.

Today we made eye contact very briefly for the first time in what has seemed like a long time. I remember how we always scanned the halls for each other and in the crowd of hundreds of people, our eyes would find each other and we'd smile so happily, so excited to run into each other's arms. Now when I look into your eyes, it's as if I'm looking into a stranger's eyes. Your eyes are cold, distant, indifferent. That fleeting moment where our eyes met, my heart raced and it continued to race afterwards. I thought of you for a long time after that. I miss you.
