Chapter 13

Sarah, she doesn't notice me, but she gets into the bar we're going in. She's going to see me, and then everyone will know who I am.

Once we're inside, Military boy orders our drinks, I wasn't paying much attention to what he ordered, I was looking for Sarah.

"Everything all right?" Drew asked,

"I'm fine" I say, "I just need to use the restroom"

I get up from the chair and head for the bathroom, but that's when I spot Sarah, I head over to her,

"Sarah?"

She looks at me, eyes popping out of her head,

"Ari-"

"Shhhh" I put my finger to my lips to tell her to be quiet,

"You can't say my name, someone might find out..."

"O-okay"

"I have a new name, it's Kay Samberg, so if you want to introduce me to your friends you can" I tried giving her a small smile,

"Alright" she smiles

"Hey guys, this is my friend, Kay"

She introduces me to two of her other girl friends, who seem to be already drunk,

"So who did you come with here?"

She asks,

"I came with the son of the people I'm staying with, he's younger than you, and he also came with a bunch of his friends as well"

"Is that him?"

I turn to find him walking over here,

"No that's-"

"Hello, I'm Drew"

He offers his hand and Sarah shakes it,

"I'm Sarah" she says,

"Well Kay here, needs to return back to our table, Nathaniel's worried about her, you don't mind do you?"

She raises an eyebrow,

"No I don't mind at all"

She smiles,

"Oh and don't forget to call me" she turns back to her friends,

"Well she's nice" Drew says

"Yeah"

"Where did you meet her?" He asked while walking back to out table,

"I met her in school"

We're back at our table,

"what took you guys so long?" Chase or Military boy asks,

he winks at me for the third time this night,

"leave her alone, Chase" Nathaniel says

he brings a drink in front of me, it's a light amber colour, I take a sip

It's strong, scotch?

After a couple rounds, Chase and Samantha, are already drunk.

Nathaniel's a bit tipsy, but Drew looks pretty sober,

"So Kay, what's your story?" Drew asks

"Hm?"

"How did you meet Nathaniel?"

I don't say anything, I was hoping Nathaniel would bud in and say something, but he started slurring his words at Drew,

"S-stop, D-Drew, sh-she doesn't li-like you!"
