I wasn't fully sure as it took me a while to find what was it about this comment. Painter seems calm but is insane and as you draw on yourself he obviously loves art as well. He didn't mind having no friends as you don't mind only having a small amount. It's possible for him to be pretty rude. He is very quiet and is a introvert.
