Graceland P.O.V

I woke up and felt something warm behind me. I shifted to get up when I realized that there was a hand wrapped around my waist. Stiffening I turned and saw that it was just Aaliyah. Memories for last night flooded my mind. I was so excited that she was out I jumped her bones. I'm really glad my baby is back home. I grabbed my phone to see what time it was . it was 1 in the afternoon and almost time for me to go get the kids.

I ran to the bathroom brushed my teeth and combed my hair. Throwing on some sweats, a tank top and my vans I grabbed the keys left a note to tell Aaliyah I'm bringing them home then headed out the door.

I picked up Evan first because he was the close to me. I honked the horn for him to come out. Once he got in the car I guess I was given off some kind of vibe cause he asked me.

"Why you so happy?" He asked me

"What ever do you mean little brother ?" I countered back as I ruffled his hair. He really needs a hair cut

"You just are really happy and you have been down for the past month. Whats going on ? are you cheating on Aaliyah?"

When he said that it caught me off guard so the car swerved a little.

"You are arent you?"

" What ?! Hell no I'm not. You crazy?"

"Well where is Aaliyah ?

"I told y'all she went on a business trip"

"Shes a teacher. What business ?" Damn he ask too many questions. Can't he just go with the flow.

"Evan I dont know".

"Save me the crap and tell me what's really going on" I pulled up to Ryder's friend Macies house and cut off the engine

" Look drop this now cause her comes Ryder and I dont want a repeat of last time. Do you understand me?"

Silence

" I SAID DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?" I yelled not really meaning to just I was agitated. He nodded his head yes. Ryder got in the back and buckled up

" Did you have fun at Macies babe ?" I asked as she settled down

"Yes I had lots f fun we watched movies, ate pizza and stayed up all night"

"It sounds lie you had a blast" I mused

"I did" I smiled at her through the mirror. I looked over and Evan was looking out the mirror

"Guess what you guys?"

"What ?" Ryder asked but Evan just stayed looking out the window. I felt bad for yelling I didnt mean to and the last thing I need is to think I'm turning into her.

"I have a surprise for you guys waiting at the house" they both actually got excited and kept trying to guess what it was the whole way there. When we were 5 mins away I sent Liyah a text

To Liyah: We on our way back. Say that you were on a business trip okay? and no they don't know your there. Its a surprise...

I sent the message and then put my phone into my purse as we pulled up to our house.

We all got out and they bounced excitedly around awaiting to see their surprise. Once we got in they both turned to me I guess waiting on me to tell them.
