We were only 30 minutes away from the rest house at this point when jungkook decided to pull over on the side of the road
"Huh? Why? Is there anything wrong?" I wondered
"Cmon, get out!" Jungkook insisted and gestured that we sit on the hood of the car
"Okay...now what?" I curiously asked
"Hold on, stay where you are and close your eyes" He took his hands over my eyes
"What are you doing? I swear I can't do surprises..." I whined trying to keep still
"Okay...1-2-3...open your eyes" he removed his hands and sighed deeply
I slowly opened my eyes only to witness the most beautiful sunrise I've ever seen, maybe it was because I got to witness it with him by my side but wow I can't explain it...

"Wow-jungkook this is lovely" my eyes were slowly forming tears
"You know the last person that took me to see the sunrise was my dad-jungkook what do I do? I miss him so much" I tears started to roll down my cheeks
"Hey-hey...it's okay, you'll see him eventually it'll take time but I'm sure soon enough you'll see him again" he squeezed my cheeks
"I'm just so happy right now, I can't contain my happiness thank you! I really mean it...I really wish my dad was here to see this and so that he can see how good of a man you are" I held his hands and sat closer to him starring at the sunrise slowly painting the sky a bright hue of colours
"Hey-this is off topic but I had this weird dream during our flight here to jeju, I was chasing after this star and all of a sudden it disappeared into nowhere" I explained trying to convince him that this was somehow connected to what happened today
"Lisa, cmon it's just a dream..." he chuckled
"Jungkook! I really think it means something...I mean here I am with you after looking for that star, anyways I just think it means something" I laughed shaking my head
"Let's go home, you need to rest...promise me you'll actually rest this time and not run away" he said opening the car door
Soon after we drove all the way home and walked inside the rest house to only find our members waiting across the living room
"Look who we have here-LALISA MANOBAN AND JEON JUNGKOOK!" Jennie said crossing her arms "Where could these two have gone this time?? Hmmmmmm..."
"Does one of you want to explain? I mean you both just disappeared into thin air and comes back at 6 am, very suspicious" Jisoo said grinning for jungkook and I were holding hands
