My mom came home hours later with things she wanted me to bring back in Korea, "Lisa? Are you done packing? Are you ready to go?"
"Yeah I'm done, we should get going before we get stuck in traffic" I replied pulling my suitcase, "I called the taxi already it's waiting outside"
"Your dad texted, he said to take care and that he's sorry that he's not able to send you off" my mom said as we left the house and headed off to the airport
As the taxi headed to the airport I thought to myself, "Did he get back safely? He hasn't texted yet, he should be there by now"
"Are you okay sweetie?" My mom locked her arms around me
"Yeah-I'm fine" I smiled leaning my head on my mom's shoulder
"About the paperwork's you wanted me to sign, I have it with me-are you sure you're ready to get your surgery done?" She looked at me with such fear in her eyes, "I read the possible risk the surgery will have on you and I'm scared Lalisa-"
"Ah it's the form I needed them to sign, I totally forgot about that" I thought
"Ahh-don't be-Your daughter is very strong! I needed to get my surgery done anyways-there's no other way" my voice was shaking trying to hold my tears back, "I promise you nothing will happen to me"
"But--What if?" My mom started crying
"Ah! Mom! Stop crying-who's daughter am I?" I wiped her tears away and hugged her as the taxi slowly parked in front of the airport
"This is it mom, I'll see you soon--stop thinking about it okay" I kissed her cheeks and got out with my suitcase
As I closed the door of the taxi I saw my mom's reflection, "I'm sorry mom-I'm sorry you have to go through this"
Reporters started crowding around me as I lost sight of my mom
"Blackpink Lisa? She's here everyone!" Someone screamed as I tried to walk by crowds of people
"Did you come here with someone perhaps?" Once I heard that my heart started racing, I was scared that they figured out that jungkook was with me
"Weren't you with Blackpink Jennie?" Someone took my arm and pulled me back
"I don't think so! We heard you were with someone else"
"I'm sorry I can't answer anything" my eyes started shaking I was caught in a panic attack
"Lisa! Lisa! Is it true that you came with someone" a male reporter shoved a microphone in front of me
Securities finally made their way towards me and rescued me from an on going crowd "Please give her some space, please keep a distance"
"We just need an answer! Lisa!" I heard a bunch of people scream as I entered the airport
I phoned Jennie to ask if she'd heard any news before departing Thailand, "Jennie? Jennie I'm so scared--there were a bunch of reporters crowding around me at the airport"
"Calm down--are you in the plane yet?" She asked
"No, I'm about to enter I'm so scared Jennie-I'm having a panic attack I don't know what to do or what to say" I was shaking in fear
"Don't say anything--we don't know if it's only here in Thailand" she replied
"They know that I was with you, but some are speculating that I was with someone else-I'm so scared I can't breathe--I'm scared for jungkook" I cried feeling numb, "Jennie-"
"Okay calm down--I'm going back to Seoul an hour from now if any reporters ask I'll definitely tell them I was with you--right now what you need to do is relax and breathe okay don't overthink yourself who knows what'll happen to you in the plane" she said as she ended the call
"I have a bad feeling about this" I sighed entering the plane covering my face
Jennie POV
I quickly phoned my members, "I just ended the call with Lisa, has any of you received any news about Lisa and I here in Thailand?"
"Why? I haven't opened my phone yet I just finished working out" Rosè replied
"Open it right now! Tell me everything" I nervously said, "I don't care if it's bad just tell me everything"
"Okay-uhmmm" Rosè gasp in fear, "Jennie this is not good news"
"Why? What? Tell me!" I replied hoping it's not as bad as I had imagined
"The press just released a picture of Lisa with jungkook--but his face is blurred" her voice was shaking, "Unnie is Lisa okay? I'm worried about her"
"When was it released?" I asked
"Ummm like 5 minutes ago?" She stuttered
"Lisa just left the country right now, so I cant even tell her what's coming once she lands in Seoul" I shook my head, "Get Jisoo on the phone"
"Jisoo Unnie!-" I heard Rosè screamed for Jisoo but she was talking on the phone with someone else
"Jennie~yah! I heard about it-they're making a big issue about it right now-I just talked to manager unnie and she said they'll be waiting for Lisa at the airport ahead of time to avoid any contact with reporters" she explained, "Jennie is Lisa okay? Did she leave already?"
"I'm assuming she did already, she was having a panic attack I don't know how I feel about this Jisoo unnie" my voice cracked holding my tears
"As of now-jungkooks face is blurred but you can definitely see that it's Lisa" she said when all of a sudden Rosè budged in yelling, "We've got a bigger problem! Another press just posted pictures of Lisa-and-it's from Jeju"
"Seriously?--the pictures we tried getting from that photographer?-so they finally leaked it" I was shocked because it's as if it was all planned for all of this to blow up
"Send it to me right away, and get the manager on the phone"
Rosè sent all the links right away and it's crazy how bad they made Lisa look
"The title says, "Lisa a playful girl indeed!" What the fuck was that supposed to mean? This is infuriating!" I screamed, "They did this to ruin Lisa's image it's all planned its so obvious"
"Why would they suddenly upload the pictures of Lisa from Jeju after months?-they knew this'll be a big controversy and so they decided to upload it now" I was getting heated up trying to stay calm
"It's not the photographer that leaked it but someone else, remember the SD card was missing from the camera so someone must've had it and decided to wait for the perfect time to release it to ruin Lisa's image!" Jisoo yelled across the phone
"Exactly!--it's gonna be a messy battle from here on so keep me updated" I replied, "I'm gonna go now I'll see you guys in Seoul"
Lisa POV
My plane already left Thailand but I thought that I was leaving with such peace in my heart. I wasn't expecting this at all, I'm scared I don't know what'll happen from here on forward.
"I don't feel good at all, I'm worried at what might happen to jungkook. if people knew he was with me...what'll happen to him, to us?" I closed my eyes and tears came rolling down my cheeks as I flew back to Seoul
