Jisoo POV
During the holidays it's been a thing of mine to visit my grandma before heading straight home. She's currently in a home for elderly because both my parents are working and so no one is able to take care of her. They visit her every weekend but I'm not able to because I'm an idol and so I come whenever I can. I'm specially close to my grandma growing up, I learnt every kid songs possible because she would sing them to me every night.
I went inside the building greeting the staffs, "annyeong-haseyo, how are you?"
"We're doing good Ms.Jisoo" the replied back
"Your grandma and her friends has been looking forward to seeing you and have been counting the days" they smiled giving me a thumbs up "everyone seems to love you here Ms.Jisoo please visit often"
"Really? That makes my heart so happy" I bowed to them "I'm trying to visit as often as I can but because of our busy schedule it's been hard lately"
"We understand, the chairwoman of this organization has been wanting to thank you for volunteering, she comes every now and then but recently her son has been taking over and he is now their second favourite aside from you" the lady giggled as she walked with me
"Oh I see! Well tell the chairwoman that I'm thankful and also very happy to be part of her organization" I shook the staffs hand
"Or you could just tell her son himself, he's coming today to participate in our events" she suggested
"Jisoo~My dear how have you been? Have you been eating well?" My grandma quickly hugged me
"Is that your granddaughter Jisoo? Jisoo~yah you've gotten prettier since the last time we saw you" her friend walked towards me fixing her glasses
"Ahh~halmeoni hajimaseyo~~I might start believing you" I jokingly said hugging her
"See Ms.Jisoo they missed you a lot!" She chuckled as everyone started to come and greet me
"They always want your song to be played, whenever we start knitting scarves" she added
"Really?" I opened my mouth in disbelief, "chincha halmeoni? Wah! You guys are the best blinks"
"Buljangnan~~~my love is on fireee" a grandma started swaying her hips and sang playing with fire
"Woooh! Daebak!" I covered my mouth laughing
"Halmeoni~~I'm just gonna go help out with the foods okay? And then I'll come back" I assured her as I left to go prepare their dinner
As I was walking down the hallway I bumped into someone, "oh-I'm sorry-"
I looked back and to my surprise it was Jin, "Jin~ssi? What are you doing here?" I asked
"Just like you I suppose, I'm helping out" he blinked his eyes
"Where you off to?" He added
"I was just gonna go help prepare the dinner" I replied
"I think they've got enough people there, wanna come help me with the groceries instead? They're in my car" he asked
