Black Hood

Betty's POV
Jughead and I are Separated but many things have gone down in riverdale he doesn't know about. First is that the black hood is back. We thought we had that part of our lives gone when svenson died. I haven't told Juggie just because I don't want to worry him. He already has enough on his plate. But we're on the phone right now and I think it's time I tell him. "Jughead. There's something you need to know." I mumbled.

"Alright. What is it betts?" He asked.

"It's the black hood... he's back." I Said.

"What?!" He asked angrily

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner but you have so much going on and I didn't want to stress you out or worry you." I Said quickly.

"I'm coming. Tonight." He said.

"No jug. Stay with your family!" I argued.

"This is not to be argued. I'm coming home end of story. Now goodbye. I love you." He said.

"I love you too." I sighed before hanging up.

I sat on the couch watching the one direction movie when suddenly a knock came from my door. I walked over and opened it to be met with my handsome boyfriend and a small duffel bag. "Hi Jug." I sighed.

"Betts. Are you ok?" He asked giving me a hug. I hugged him back and then pulled away. I sighed

"Yeah I will be." I Said. I stepped back and he walked in. "My parents aren't home." I added. He nodded. He gave me a kiss and pulled away. He looked at me concerned. "I'm ok Juggie. Stop worrying." I said. He nodded.

"Why didn't you tell me this before?" He Asked.

"I didn't want to worry you. You already have enough to worry about." I replied

"Betts I love you so so much. You're safety means everything to me. Say you didn't tell me and something happened. I'd be more stressed about that than if you had told me." He Said. I nodded understanding. 

"Let's head upstairs." I Said. He nodded. We walked upstairs and cuddled in bed. "How long are you staying?" I Asked.

"Until this is resolved." He Said.

"No. You're not staying here for that long. Jellybean needs you," I Said. He sighed.

"I don't know what to do," He Said crying. Tears fell from his eyes. I kissed his cheek and he sighed. I snuggled up closer to him.

"I'm sorry baby. I know this is hard," I Said.

"What if you came?" He Asked.

"What?" I Asked confused.

"What if you came with me to Toledo. I mean it's unsafe here and you can come back when it's all resolved but you can be with me. I can watch you and jelly." He suggested.

"Jug I don't know." I Said apprehensively.

"Yeah. It's stupid anyway." He said disappointed.

"Hey. I'll think about it." I said smiling. He nodded with a small smile. Suddenly my phone binged. He groaned. I checked it. "It's archie. He says he needs to meet at pops. Let's head out." I Said. He helped me up off the bed and held my hand. We both left the house. We got to Pops and Archie was schooled, to say the least, to see Jug.

"Jug! What are you doing here?" Archie asked immediately pulling him into a hug.

"With all the black hood stuff I wanted to be here for you guys." Jug replied. Archie gave me a hug as well before we all sat down.

"Ok. Well the reason I invited you is because it's Veronica's Birthday soon. I know there's black hood stuff but we need to have some fun." Archie said.

"Yeah I agree." I Said.

"so Betty I was hoping you'd have something planned I could help with for Ronnie's birthday?" Archie asked eagerly.

"Yep I do. I have it planned out I just don't know where you want it to be." I Said.

"We can do it at my house." Archie said.

"Yeah that seems ok." I replied.

"Uh am I invited?" Jug asked.

"Of course you're invited you weirdo." I giggled grabbing his arm. He laughed.

"Ok ok. I'm just making sure." Jug Said.

"Yeah. Of course you're invited." Archie said. Jug nodded. We all ate and caught up, having fun in our favorite booth in the chock lit shop.
