The Gang

Jugheads POV
Betty's Mom came home and we told her everything. She was very comforting and supported Betty. She said the same thing I did. That if she didn't want to she didn't have to go to school. Betty said that she was fine. I didn't really know if she was. But after we all talked Betty's Mom went downstairs and reminded Betty about that thing at pops later today with the gang. They obviously found out about the whole thing today. "Do you want to go?" I asked.

"Yeah. I just need to forget about this." She Said. I nodded. Almost immediately after her phone rang. It was Veronica. They talked and we agreed that we'd go to pops. So after an hour or two we left to pops. We got there and the whole gang was there. And by gang I mean Archie, Veronica, Kevin, and Cheryl. Cheryl has actually become nicer.

"Hey guys." I Said sliding into the booth. They all looked at Betty and I. I wrapped my arms around Betty as she smiled.

"Hey. You guys ok?" Veronica asked. Betty nodded and flashed a fake smile.

"Yeah. I'm ok." Betts Said. The group nodded. We all sat and chatted until the waiter came and took our orders. Afterwards the left the table. "I need to go wash my hands. I'll be right back." Betty said.

"Are you sure love? Will you be ok?" I asked worriedly. She nodded and flashed me a small smile. I nodded. She scooter out of the booth and walked to the restroom.

"Love huh?" Kevin asked with a smirk.

"What?" I asked confused.

"You called her love." He Replied.

"Oh! Yeah. That's my nickname for her." I Said slightly blushing. He had a huge grin. So did practically everyone at the table. "Ok. Calm down it's just a nickname." I Said getting awkward with everyone staring.

"Mmkay." Cheryl said. I rolled my eyes. A second later Betty slid into the booth quickly.

"Hey that was fast." I Said turning to kiss her cheek but it had tears on it. "What's wrong? What happened love?" I asked concerned. She glanced to her right. I looked past her and saw Malachi by the ordering area. I immediately pulled Betty closer to me. "It's ok love. He should leave soon. And if not we'll make him." I Said. She nodded. She turned and buried her head in my chest as I wrapped my arms around her

"Is he gone?" She Asked after a minute or two.

"Yeah. Yeah he's gone." I Said watching him walk out the door. She pulled away and turned to face the group.

"Sorry guys." She mumbled.

"No. It's totally fine. We understand." Archie said.

"Yeah. I was thinking after everything that's happened we could have a sleepover. But only if you're up to it." Veronica said.

"Yeah. Yeah that seems nice." Betty said with a genuine smile.

"Ok great! Tonight work for everyone?" Veronica asked.

"Yeah that works." Kevin said.

"Yeah me too." Said Cheryl.

"I'm up for it." Archie said.

"I'm up for it if you are." I Said to Betty.

"Yeah. I'm good with tonight." Betty said smiling.

"Great! My place?" Veronica asked. We all nodded. Soon after our food arrived and we all dug in enjoying the food. After we all ate we headed to our houses to get clothes. I had some clothes at Betty's so I just went there. About twenty minutes later Betty and I left her house and headed towards the pembrooke. We got here and it was only archie and Veronica. They greeted us at the door and we entered the apartment. We all sat down on the floor. "You ok b?" Veronica asked.

"Yeah. Yeah I'm ok b. Don't worry." Betty said with a small smile.

"Ok. But if you ever need to talk I'm here." She said sincerely. Betty smiled and nodded. We continued talking and soon after Kevin and Cheryl arrived. We sat around and had fun like normal teenagers. It was fun. Then Mrs. lodge came in.

"Oh hi kids. I was wondering if you'd like anything at the store or pops. I'm going out." She Said sweetly.

"Uh... can you bring some soda and candy? And a pizza?" Veronica asked.

"Of course." She said smiling. "Anything else?" She Asked. We all shook our heads.

"Your Mom is so nice." Betty said once Mrs. lodge had left.

"Yeah." Veronica said. We all chatted a bit more and put on a movie. It was a comedy. So when I looked to my right and saw Betty quietly crying I was confused.

"Betts? Betts are you ok love. What's wrong?" I asked pulling her closer. This captured the groups attention.

"It's so sweet how her dad is doing all of this for her." She sobbed. We were watching the week of with Adam Sandler and Chris rock.

"Yeah it is baby." I Said kind of laughing. This made her angry. She started raging and demanding a reason for me laughing at her and demanding an apology. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry baby. I didn't mean to hurt you love." I Said quickly. Then she began crying again and saying she was sorry and felt bad about snapping.

"I'm sorry Juggie! I don't know what's wrong with me!" She sobbed into my chest. Kevin and Archie seemed confused. Veronica and Cheryl kept sharing looks. She pulled away and cupped my face. "I'm sorry. Please forgive me! Please don't be mad." She sobbed.

"Oh Love it's ok. I'd never be mad at you. Shh. Shh. Is ok love." I Said pulling her into a hug. After she calmed down she pulled away and smiled. Then she quickly doubled over in pain and clutched her abdomen in pain. "Woah. Are you ok Juliet? Talk to me love. Betts." I Said. She began crying from all the pain. "What's going on?" I asked frantically to Cheryl and Veronica. They just shared a look and dragged her to Veronica's room.

"We'll be back!" Cheryl yelled down the stairs. I just sat there confused along with Archie and Kevin.
