Betty's POV After finishing my classes I walked out of my last class for the day. I got to my locker and unlocked it. I sighed and put everything away. Jug had left after lunch and was going to meet my at the school to take us home. I closed my locker shut to be startled by V staring at me on the other side. I gasped and held my hand to my chest. "Omg v! You scared me to death!" I gasped.
"Party, tonight, 7:00, be there." She stated.
"Alright V. I'll be there. Should I bring Jug?" I asked.
"Sure." She said. I nodded before walking away. I got out of the school and stood outside. I looked around, trying to find Jughead. I sighed and reached in my bag to try and get my phone when I felt hands wrap around me from behind. I gasped.
"Hey Betts." Juggie Said.
"Hi Juggie." I Said turning around to kiss him.
"How was school babe?" He asked.
"Oh it was ok." I Said. He nodded before holding my hand. I smiled.
"Alright. Let's get going." He said leading us towards his parked car.
"Oh! V has a party tonight at 7. Do you want to come?" I asked hopefully. I was just trying to get him to stay longer. I was really going to be sad when he had to leave again. Devastated in fact.
"Oh-uh. I don't know baby. I have to leave later tonight. You know, jelly has chemo tomorrow." He said.
"Oh. That's alright." I Said slightly disappointed. He must've noticed because he stopped walking to turn towards me. He put his hands on my shoulders as I tried to avoid eye contact.
"Betty look at me." He Ordered. I did as he said. My eyes glazed over with tears. "Oh betts." He said pulling me into a hug. I wet his shirt slightly with tears.
"I'm sorry. It's no big deal. It doesn't matter Jug. I don't really care baby." I sighed.
"Yes you do. You said the party is at 7?" I asked.
"Yeah." I Said.
"Ok. How about this... I go to the party and I can stay for the night. Tomorrow is Saturday anyway. I can just leave tomorrow morning. Jellybeans chemo isn't until 2." He suggested.
"Are you sure that's ok? I don't want to be a burden. I know Jellybean is more important and you should be with her." I Said feeling guilty."
"You are just as important to me as jellybean is. And if I can make you both happy I'd gladly do so. I will be with her. I'll just have to leave tomorrow morning." He said.
"Are you sure?" I repeated.
"Yes Baby! I'm completely sure. If this makes you happy I'll do it." He said.
"That's exactly my point. It's to make ME happy. Not you. I just want to make sure you aren't doing this for just me." I Said cupping his face. He smiled.
"Of course I want to make you happy. But me being with you longer makes me happy as well." He replied.
"Alright then. Let's go home." I Said. He nodded. We got into the car. He turned on the radio and started backing out. It was a throwback playlist. "Omg! I love this song! I ain't got no scrubs! A scrub is a guy who can't get no love from me! Hanging on the passengers side of his best friends ride tryna holler at me!" I Yelled. He laughed.
"You're adorable." He chuckled. I smiled.
"Say my name say my name. When no one is around you say baby I love you if you ain't playing games. Say my name say my name. You acting kinda shady ain't callin me baby why the sudden change?" I sang. Finally we got home and got into the house. We both got ready for the party.
"Ready very?" He asked.
"Yeah. Can you zip me up?" I asked Ruben in over my shoulder and looking at him. He nodded approaching me. I flipped my hair over to one shoulder as jug zipped me up. "Thanks Juggie." I smiled. He nodded. I turned around and walked towards my heels. I sat on the bed and began putting them on. I glanced at Jug as he stood there with his mouth gaping open. "Uh Jug? You ok?" I asked.
"Yeah, Yeah. You just... wow." He gasped. I giggled and stood up. I walked over and cupped His face.
"You're utterly adorable." I stated kissing his cheek. He blushed.
"Thanks Juliet. I love you." Jug Said.
"I love you too." I Said. "We should get going." I said checking my phone. He nodded handing me my jacket and purse. I thanked him and we walked out. Betty's outfit:

Jug was wearing black jeans and a white button up. We got in the car and drove to the pembrooke. We got to the pembrooke and walked into Veronica's apartment even tho basically the whole place was crowded. We eventually found mingling in her apartment.
"Oh hey b! Hey Jug!" She said hugging us.
"Hey. I didn't expect it to be so crowded," I yelled over the loud music.
"Yeah me neither. I'm kicking them out soon just to have some close friends in the apartments." She yelled.
"Oh ok. Jug do you mind getting punch for me?" I Asked.
"Oh no of course not. I'll be right back." He Said kissing my cheek. I smiled as he walked away.
"Swoon!" V Said. I rolled my eyes and blushed.
"Where's archie?" I Asked. She pointed to the other side of the room where he was hanging out with the football team. I nodded. A second later jug came back with or drinks. I thanked him and took a sip. "Where are your parents?" I asked.
"Back in New York for the weekend for business." She said.
"Oh." I sighed. "I'm getting kinda bored." I admitted.
"Yeah me too." V said taking a sip of her punch.
"Not in the mood to party?" I asked.
"No I am. It's just archie. I wanted to be with him but he's busy." She sighed disappointedly. I marched over there and tapped Archie on the shoulder.
"Oh Betty!" He said leaning in for a hug. I held my hand out to stop him.
"Go dance with your girlfriend. Please. She's bored to death." I Said. He nodded before saying bye to his teammates. We got back to V and Jug.
"Betty would you like to dance?" Jug asked.
"I'd love to." I giggled. We set our drinks down and danced the night away.
