     Varians POV

I was making my way towards back home and all of a sudden I found myself lying on the ground by a person? Wait a dead person!? I started freaking out, until I thought she might be possibly alive. So I picked up the light-weighted girl, putting one of her arms over my shoulder, dragging her along towards home.

It was difficult , especially if you're just a scrawny kid carrying your own body weight along with a lantern through a snowy blizzard. The sun was starting to set, turning to dawn. With the moon starting to shine. I came up the cobblestone path leading towards the home me and my father stay in.

It wasn't too difficult to open the door since the cold icy wind blew the door wide open. My father quickly ran towards me with a worried look on his face. "I found a villager on my way home and thought there might still be a chance," I said . "I've never seen this child before in the village but we must save her while there's still time," said Quirin urgently.

My father picked up the frail girl in his big arms, carefully setting her on the couch. He ordered me to get the medical supplies and I did as he said. He started tending to the wounds on her head. "She will be fine, it looks like she took a big fall," said my father. I was thinking of using alchemy if that didn't work, I mean imagine alchemy, the power to bring the dead back to life.

"She is unconscious but she must rest," he said. "She will sleep on your bed and you can sleep on the couch if that is alright with you," he said. "Yeah she needs the best sleep she can get, and I can see she hasn't gotten any considering the bags under hers eyes," I said agreeing.

I stared at the stranger sleeping in my bed as I walked towards the couch. I wonder where she's from, I thought, maybe any of the surrounding kingdoms, who knows she could possibly be from a mystical place.

I updated beacause I felt like it and this was a boring chapter and short, im   Lacking in imagination. This is where I don't know what to write next this remains a mystery to me, I'm just saying random stuff, 👋
