(A/N I really enjoyed writing this chapter, so I hope you enjoy it as much as it enjoyed writing it)
4-
Today, Luna woke up in a great mood. She called out of work today, so there was no stress. She gets to lounge around the house, and do whatever she pleases, but she couldn't help but want to go to Daisy's to get an iced drink.
Justine was at the counter today taking orders, and some other workers that will remain unimportant to the story, are back making the drinks.
"Um, hi Justine." Luna greeted, somewhat awkwardly, still a little, dare I say, shook, from the previous night before.
"Hey Luna, sorry about last night I-"
"It's okay Justine. You know, I am kind of glad that it happened. You too finally realized you loved each other. It's cute, I guess." Luna smiled.
"Yeah, I guess I never noticed that he might have have feelings for me." She blushed, looking over at Max, who was also smiling at her.
"Anyways Luna, what can on get for you?"
"I'll just have an Iced Tea." She said, handing Justine her credit card, but Justine wouldn't accept it.
"After last night, I think that you deserve a drink on the house." Justine laughed.
Luna thanked her, grabbed her drink, and headed back into the summer heat. There wasn't much to do, and she started to slowly regret calling out of work. She walked around town with her drink in her hand, just enjoying the beauty of summer.
She ended up by the park right near Daisy's. She sat on the bench and watched life go by her. She watched the birds and listened to their songs. She watched the dogs chasing their tails and fetching sticks, she watched families playing in the park together, and she just smiled. She smiled at the happiness that loomed around her.
Luna wondered if Harry would be at the cafe, asking for another drink, and she wanted to be there for that. She felt so oddly comfortable around him. Everything was so easy going, that she wouldn't mind being friends with him. It was like they were destined to meet, and maybe they were.
But, nonetheless, she went back to her boring, but refreshingly cold apartment building. She sat around, played some games on her phone, scrolled through social media, watched some tv, but she was still bored, so she made her way back to Daisy's.
"Hi Max." Luna smiled.
"What are you doing here, I thought that you staying home." Max replied after pulling out of a hug.
"A bitch is bored." Luna laughed.
"Well, we aren't really busy today so please, stay around, it is boring without you."
"What can I say, I am the life of the party." Luna laughed.
She seemed to forget about her encounter with Max, that is until he decides to bring it up.
"Sorry about last night by the way." Max roared with laughter, cleary not being sincere about it."
"It's fine Max really, but that can only be a one time thing, and I don't think that I will ever be able to ride in the back seat...not when Justine was riding you in the backseat." Luna laughed along with Max.
"Oh, by the way, that guy who dropped you off last night...I forget his name...but he came in here today, I think he was looking for you."
Harry came? And he might have been looking for me? Why?" Luna thought to herself.
