"Happy Valentine's day." Max greeted her when he walked into work.

"Thanks."

"So, are you and lover boy doing anything special tonight?"

"I don't know."

"Well aren't you guys dating?"

"Kind of."

"Kind of?! What the hell is that supposed to mean"

"We both love each other, we just never officially said that we were dating."

"Wow, Daisy and Niall starting dating before you guys."

"Shut up." Luna laughed, throwing a dish rag at his face.

Things quickly got moving and before you knew it, it was 12:03.

"Happy Valentine's day, love." Harry smiled at her and kissed her forehead.

"Thank you."

"So is there something in specific you wanted to do today?"

"Not really. I'm down for whatever."

"So I could wife you up right now and you wouldn't mind?" Harry cracked a smile.

"I thought we talked about using twitter language!" Luna laughed.

"Not with that attitude, sister."

"Okay, I am officially done with this conversation." Luna laughed.

"I'll be back later to romance your pants off." He started walking away when he realized what he said, he turned back around. "That's figurative, not literally."

Luna laughed at him as he walked off. It felt good to be able to laugh again, to be able to move on. Because everything will pass. No matter how terrible of a situation you might be in, everything is going to pass and everything and life will still go on.

The rest of the day was spent with her smiling to herself and being in a giddy mood. She felt bad that Justine and Max were no longer going to be celebrating Valentine's day together so she tried her best not to be too excited about the day.

"Luna, it's fine." Max kept reassuring her.

"I just feel bad."

"It's fine. I'll find somebody else to love Luna. It's not that big of a deal."

"But you loved her so much and I feel bad that I was the cause of the breakup." Luna pouted.

"None of it was your fault Luna. " He sighed, "Sometimes...sometimes you have to go through some of the worst times in order to see people's true colors."

A sad smile played on Luna's face as she leaned her head on Max's shoulder. No matter how many times somebody would tell her that none of this was her fault, her heart told her otherwise. The messages were going through her head but not to her heart, and her heart needed to hear it the most.

"Have fun tonight Luna. I mean it."

With one last goodbye, Luna headed out into the bitter cold. She longed at the bench across the street, wishing that snow wasn't covering it and that the sun would warm the world up. She wished that the weather could be exceptional for her to be able to sit on that bench with the man she loved.

She drove home and decided to change her outfit. She wasn't sure where she was going or what they were doing, but she still wanted to put some effort in. She showered and washed her hair and got dressed. She put on a red dress and did her makeup. A bit later, Harry had come home too.
