The days went on, and Luna and Harry had gotten pretty close. They saw each other daily, there was never a day where Harry didn't show for his late night drink and stroll in the park with Luna.
It made Luna happy that she had another friend in town, but she couldn't help but wonder if it was out of pity.
"Hey Harry, can I ask you something?" Luna asked while sitting in the bench that holds all of their conversations.
Harry nodded in response to Luna's question.
"Do you hang out with me because you feel bad for me?" Luna prayed that the answer would be no, and she felt awkward asking such a silly question, but it was bugging her for so long.
"What? Why would you think that."
"I-I don't know. I just..."Luna trailed off, feeling extremely embarrassed at this confrontation.
"Luna, I hang out with you because I like you, you know, I like your company. You are a great person with an amazing personality."
"And a shitty life?" Luna joked, but Harry wasn't sure whether to laugh or not, but when he heard a quiet chuckle coming from Luna, he smiled.
"I'm sorry for asking. I don't know, it was just something that crossed my mind a couple of times." Luna shrugged while looking down.
"You don't have to apologize for how you feel Luna. You are allowed to feel things, it's a part of life. Don't keep things bottled up." Harry said reassuringly, looking at the sad and beautiful girl sitting next to him.
Luna smiled at Harry, glad that she has someone like him in her life.
"Do you know what your name means?" Luna asked Harry randomly.
"What do you mean?" Harry asked, to which Luna laughed at.
"Like my name is Latin for Moon. Luna is one of the names for Artemis; the moon goddess. I want to know what your name means." Luna explained.
"Oh, well I'm not sure. I pretty sure it means Godly Male, strong jawline, sexy son of a beast," Harry laughed with Luna.
"If we are searching up names we HAVE to use the most reliable source; Urban Dictionary." Harry told Luna. Luna rolled her eyes and laughed at Harry.
"Fine whatever I'll go first then. Okay so according to this person, Luna is a very , kind, smart and shy girl. She is a good friend who is always there for you. Luna is quiet and calm most of the time, but if she gets to know you well, she can act totally crazy around you. Also, Luna is not afraid to say what she believes, and always stand up for her opinions. A Luna will often be tall and beautiful, with dark hair. The name Luna originates from the Spanish or Italian word for "moon"."
"That seems pretty legit, I mean you do have dark hair."Harry laughed and Luna playfully slapped his shoulder.
"I'm kidding, I am kidding! Well not really because you do have dark hair, but you are a great friend and you are pretty quiet, and you are beautiful Luna."
Luna blushed at the last part, shaking her head before looking up Harry's name.
"Alright Harry, this person says, 'An extremely hot male who has the best personality ever! Is very versatile, a good kisser, extremely attractive and lovable. Very cuddly and popular. , adorable and loving, he always steals your heart. Very strong and loves to have a good time ."
"That seems to check out." Harry joked.
"C'mon those aren't true. We have to go to the main source, and Urban Dictionary is not one of those."
