My very good friend Catching_Dreamers helped me out with this one. She wrote bits and pieces of it, actually! Go give her some love and read her one shots (which are amazing btw) and follow her! She actually inspired me to actually get up and write this, I wasn't even planning on writing today lol I think I was gonna wait til Monday but she inspired me.

I'm telling u guys I have watched those hospital shows on Discovery Fit & Health I know what I'm talking about

"Dr. Grassi, you're needed in the operation room right now," Nurse Anne called to Dr. Mitch Coby Grassi. He nodded and set down his clipboard, rushing out of his office. He ran to the Emergency Room and was immediately turned to by a bunch of nurses and 2 other doctors.

"Dr. Grassi, thank god you're here. The paramedics just called and said they've got a patient who was mugged and viciously beaten. They said that they're barely keeping him alive, he's severely wounded on his side and a few minor bruises and cuts on his face, arms and legs. He needs surgery," A nurse said breathlessly as she put on some blue plastic gloves and a face mask. Mitch nodded thoughtfully as he walked over to the counter and washed his hands, putting on a cap. gloves and a face mask.

They all stood in front of the empty bed and waited for the ambulance to arrive to begin the procedure. They heard a commotion start outside. Mitch knew the paramedics had arrived. They rushed inside the room, wheeling the patient in. Mitch ran forward, taking the lead. He was the one who people turned to the most and looked up to. He was younger than the two other doctors, being only 25, but people respected him and Mitch appreciated that.

The paramedics pulled the blanket out from underneath the thin mattress and Mitch and another nurse grabbed one side, the two paramedics grabbed the other. "At the count of three, we lift him, alright?" Mitch said, leadership ringing in every word. Everyone nodded and Mitch took a deep breath.

"Ready? One... two... three!" Everyone lifted and transferred the patient onto the bed. One of the paramedics wheeled the stretcher out of the room and the other one stayed back.

"The patient is 25/26 years old, and when we found him he had no phone nor wallet on him. We'll have to wait until he wakes up to find out his identity," The paramedic said. Mitch nodded and looked on as the nurses prepared the patient for surgery.

"Thanks, Avi," Mitch responded. Avi nodded and exited the room. Mitch rushed over to the bedside. He was about to begin helping, but he was immediately distracted as one of the nurses grabbed some scissors and tore off the patient's shirt, revealing a bruised and bloodied but otherwise toned chest. Mitch was taken aback by the beauty of the patient.

This man.. he's so beautiful. I cannot let him die, Mitch thought with determination. He looked at the patient's face which was covered by the blanket that had been thrown back with haste. He ran across the room and wheeled over and oxygen machine and mask. He pulled the blanket off, revealing the man's face. He gasped and all the nurses looked up at him in confusion. He shook his head.

The man had disheveled blonde hair, which Mitch imagined was well kempt when he was not being mugged. He had a strong jaw, and his lips were thin but soft looking. His lips were slightly parted, and Mitch could tell he had perfect white teeth.

The pure image of perfection, Mitch thought and sighed internally as he placed the mask over the man's head. He wanted to keep looking at the man's face. He was beautiful, and there was something about him that made Mitch's stomach flutter and his chest tighten.

"How deep is the wound?" Mitch asked worriedly.

"I can't tell, but it's severe. You need to take care of it immediately, he's losing lots of blood. I'd put a bandage on it but it would just seep through," She said. Mitch nodded thoughtfully.
