Now before you read this, let me just tell you that if you actually like Alexander this one shot is not for you. And before you start being mean and saying it's immature of me to write this, let me just tell you that I respect Alexander. He makes Scott happy and that makes me happy. I do dislike him for being a barrier between Scömìche, but I can't change that at all.

Note: I call Alexander by his full name because I don't like him enough to call him Alex.

"Alright, fine, you can take my car. Love you," Scott said, kissing Alexander on the cheek. Alexander smiled, leaning forward to place a kiss on Scott's cheek as well.

"Love you too!" Alexander called. He walked out of Scott's house and made his way to Scott's car. He entered and started the car, waving as he drove away. Scott stepped back into his apartment building, making his way up to his shared apartment.

"So you let him take your car?" Mitch, Scott's long time best friend asked.

"Of course I did, he's my boyfriend. And besides, his car is broken down. It doesn't kill people to be nice," Scott said, sitting down on the couch. Mitch scowled playfully.

"Are you suggesting that I'm not nice?" Mitch asked, raising one perfect eyebrow.

"I'm not suggesting anything, asshole," Scott countered.

"Whatever, douchebag," Mitch said, rolling his eyes. Their eyes met and they both burst out laughing.

"So Kevin just texted me asking if we wanted to go get something to eat with him, Avi, and Kirstie. Wanna go?" Mitch called to Scott from his seat on the couch. Scott was in the kitchen, digging around for food. Scott eagerly entered the room again.

"Yeah! I'm starved. I don't know when Alexander is gonna be back, he has to pick up some friends from college at LAX, and you know how that is," Scott said. At that moment, his phone rang.

He clicked answer. "Hello?" He said, greeting the unkown person that had called him.

"Hello, is this Scott Hoying?" A female voice asked from the other end.

"Um yeah, who is this?" He asked.

"I'm a nurse and I work in the Emergency Room in the Los Angeles Hospital. I'm calling about Alexander Kirk. He was in a car accident, and unfortunately, it was fatal for him. The car was wrecked in the process, and his life was taken," She said, and then went silent.

"Oh my god.. where is he??" Scott said. He ran his hand across his face. He couldn't believe it. His boyfriend, who he had seen only earlier that day, and now he was dead.

"He's still at the car crash. The roads are blocked and no one can get out. He was near some apartments when the car crashed," The nurse said.

"Okay. Thank you," Scott said and hung up the phone. He turned to face Mitch, who had been standing behind him. He had a worried expression on his face.

"What happened?" Mitch asked, genuinely concerned.

"It's Alexander. He- he died. He crashed while he was driving my car and he died," Scott said hoarsely. Mitch looked at him with smypathy and walked forward, hugging Scott. He tried to comfort him, but he could feel that Scott was beginning to shake from the grief. He knew how sensitive Scott could get, and he knew Scott was going to start crying.

"I'm so, so sorry Scott. We'll suffer from his loss," Mitch said soothingly. He heard a choked sob come from Scott's throat and Scott started crying. Mitch wrapped his arms around the taller man, and Scott had his arms around Mitch's waist. They stood there, and Mitch patted Scott's back.

"I loved him," Scott said, slowly pulling back from Mitch. Their arms were still around each other, and an idea popped into Mitch's head.

He looks so broken. This could ruin everything or fix it. Only one way to find out, Mitch thought, and he leaned forward, softly pressing his lips to Scott's. He felt Scott stiffen, but he didn't push him away. Scott didn't respond to the kiss, he seemed too shocked.

"Mitch, what was that for? My boyfriend just died an- and you just kiss me like that?" Scott asked. His eyes clouded over and he looked bewlidered and surprised- even a little pleased.

"I'm sorry," Mitch whispered.

"No, I've always wanted that. But, why did it take my boyfriend dying for you to finally kiss me?" Scott asked.

"I'm sorry," Mitch said again, unsure of how to respond.

Scott wiped his tear stained face. "Look Mitch, it's going to take me a while to get over Alexander and the fact that he's dead. But I can learn to love you. It's just going to take a while. Will you wait?" Scott asked hopefully.

"I'll wait a million years if that's what it takes," Mitch breathed as Scott pulled him into an embrace.

I really hate this one I have no idea why it just doesn't feel right. If you liked it, please tell me in the comments. If you didn't like it, don't comment nor vote. I might just delete it idk
