2: Heat Sucks Dick

                   Luke's P.O.V. 

    I got out of my range rover and walked up to my new highschool. California High. Nice ring to it. I walked in and went to the office to get my schedule. I pushed the door open and a lady looked up at me. 

               "Hi!" She chirped happily, "How may I help you?" 

               "I'm Luke Hemmings. I'm a new student?" 

               "Oh yes! Here's your schedule!" I took the schedule from her and walked out. Everyone I passed turned and whispered to eachother and I smirked. They all knew I was the alpha of the Dark Moon Pack. There was a certain smell though, that smelled like lillies and axe and baby powder that I was drawn to. Hmm. I suddenly noticed a girl and her friends talking. The oldest looking one looked upset and was yelling into her phone. She looked up at me, her piercing brown eyes meeting my blue ones, making my heart race. Who was this beautiful girl? 

             Ever's P.O.V.

                 I yell at my grandma through the phone to bring me my heat medicine and look up quickly to notice a boy staring at me with piercing blue eyes. He smiled at me and I blushed, looking back down at my phone to see my grandma hung up on me and I growl lowly. The bell rings and I rush down to the nurses office. I burst in to see my best friend Sam with a bloody nose and my aunt, the nurse, handing him an ice pack. 

             "Sammyyyyy!" I screech. My aunt backs up from him and I hug him tightly and kiss his bruised nose. I feel so bad for him because he is bullied for being gay. 

                   "Ever! Oww!!" He squeals, pushing me off. My grandma and dad walk into the nurses office and my dad throws me my medicine and I catch it, running up to him and hugging him. 

                        "Hi kiddo, Sammy." He nods at my best friend and I lick his cheek. The boy from earlier walks in and my aunt hands him a pill bottle and a cup of water. 

                        "Ever, this is Luke Hemmings. Can you show him around school?" I nod and take my pills, letting my dad go and turning to face my grandmother who is smiling at me. 

                         "You hung up on me this morning gran!" I screech, kissing her cheek. She smiles and kisses my cheek in return and I grab my bag off the floor. 

                           "C'mon Luke, I'll show you around since I have free period right now." I smile at my family and Sam as I walk out, Luke following behind me. 

                             "Can I see your schedule?" I ask. He hands it to me and I notice we have all the same classes except for he has woodshop and I have art. I smile up at him and my wolf whines. Ours! She whines fiercely, and a sudden wave of heat washes over me. 

                                 "I'll b-be right back!" I say, rushing back to the nurses office. I burst in and run to the back, into my aunt's office. I am the only student allowed in her office, because there is a secret door that leads to my secret room. My aunt rushes in after me, hearing me panting loudly. 

                                   "Your heat kicked in today?" I nodded and groaned, falling back onto the bed. I was the only omega in the school besides the principal, so when I went into heat everyone cared. 

                                      "It was fine until Kadence told me Luke was my mate, then my heat was like EXPLOSIANNNNNN!" I said, smiling slightly. She cussed under her breath, and called my dad to tell him to pick me up. She led me out of the school after telling the principal what happened. My dad was waiting, his green eyes clouded over in fear and worry. 

                                        "Aunt Hannah," I said, "We forgot my bag." She rushed back inside and grabbed everything, giving it to me when she came back. I felt kind of guilty for leaving Luke just standing in the hallway, but my heat was to bad for me to handle in front of him, espicially since he was an alpha. I kissed my aunt on the cheek and got into the cool car, my heat going away from the vapers from the vent. My grandma smiled at me and I groaned, laying down. My dad hopped in the car and gave me a paper with a phone number on it. 

                                              "The alpha from the Fox Hills pack told me to give this to you and to have you text him." He growled out. I pulled out my phone and texted the number. 

                                    To: Luke Hemmings .? 

Hello? Is this Luke? 

                                    From: Luke Hemmings .?

Yes.. Is this Ever?  

I replied back with a yes and changed his contact name to: The Big Badass Alpha. My phone dinged and I just chucked it onto the floor. I would text him back later. We pulled up to the pack house and I ran upstairs to my bedroom, passing a female pack member named Poppy, a sweet beta with a mean side. I rushed into my room and slammed the door, jumping into my bed. I unlocked my phone.

I heard my dad shout from downstairs and glass break and looked out to see about 20 rogue wolves running at the pack house. Really?
