Next day. At School.

I walked into school and walked to Serena.

Suddenly a guy with wooden boxes came to us.

The guy "i got these cases of champagne for Serena Van der Woodsen"

My jaw dropped.

Serena shook her head  "oh, no, no, i'm Serena Van der Woodsen, but those aren't mine"

Guy "well, but the purchase order never lies, salud"

The guy left and i saw Chuck staring at us.

People were opening up the champagne.

i rolled my eyes.

Night. At the courtyard.

I was sitting in the courtyard wrapped in a blanket. I come here lately to think about god and the world.

i saw Nate walking to me.

Nate smiled  "Hey"

I nodded "hey"

Nate gestured to the spot next to me "Is the spot free?"

Me "you really wanna sit next to me?"

Nate sat down "after everything? sure, why not"

Me "but i'm not giving you blanket"

Nate chuckled "i'm okay with that"

Me "what are you doing here?"

Nate shrugged "i wanted to hang out with.."

He cut himself off.

Me "Serena? Because Chuck and you aren't talking and you and me... Well, we are you and me"

Nate nodded " What are you doing out here all alone?"

Me "Serena get's weird gifts lately. She thinks Chuck's sending them.."

Nate "but.."

i sighed  "but i know Chuck, Nate, probably better than anyone. He would never pull shit like this and sure as hell not when his father is around"

Nate nodded "are you two good?"

Me "Well, nothing's changed between me and him. We're still fucked up close"

Nate nodded.

It went silent. 

I leaned back "you know, i miss the old times"

Nate looked at me  "what old times?"

Me "When we all were just friends, when we were still able to talk about anything. But now.."

I sighed "..it's all my fault"

Nate turned his body to me, giving me his full attention "how is any this your fault?"

Me "i was drunk, Nate, i made you dance with me, i let it go that far"

Nate chuckled "i wanted to be near you, i didn't want to leave you alone that night. And like you said, it takes two for sex"

I nodded "true. I bet you wish your first time was with someone else and not me"

Nate shook his head "I don't think i would've ever wanted anyone else"

l asked surprised "not even Blair?"

Nate "If i wanted it to be Blair then i wouldn't have slept with you"

I looked at him surprised.

He chuckled "what? i bet Chuck wasn't your first choice, was he?"

Me "he wasn't but i don't regret it. I don't regret anything"

Nete leaned back and i put my head on his shoulder.

I walked upstairs  and saw Chuck on his way out.

Then I asked surprised "Chuck? what happened?"

I saw the bag in his hand.

Chuck "Bart kicked me out"

My jaw dropped "What? why?"

Chuck "apparently Serena was sent some white powder. She thinks it was from me"

Me  "and? was it?"

Chuck shook his head  "no, you know me"

Me "and that's why Bart kicked you out?"

Chuck nodded "yes. See you, princess"

He kissed my Chuck and left.

At Chuck's.

I Was hanging out at Chuck's since the the family was having some bonding time at home. i wasn't in the mood because Bart had kicked him out.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Chuck opened it and Serena rushed inside.

Serena "i'm really sorry, Chuck. I know it wasn't you who sent me that stuff"

I stood up and walked to them. Serena gave Chuck a note.

Chuck read it and showed it to me. 

Me "S- hope you like your present ! coming back to town! G"
