"Nursing an empty bottle, telling myself you're happier aren't you"
Phil's POV
"Phil?! What are you doing" Skye screams rushing over to me grabbing the bottle of alcohol out of my hand as I lie up against the wall not being able to pay attention to much through my dizziness and lack of vision.
After reminiscing that memory of the time I met Dan affected my mood the whole day, I did not have any motivation to do anything all day. So I decided to drink all my problems away like a normal person.
"You can't just wash all your problems away with drugs Phil, I thought you were better than that" Skye continues, taking the bottle out of my reach onto the dresser above me.
Skye sits down next to me beside the bed before inviting me to lean on her for support. I rest my head on her shoulder enjoying her warmth.
"I don't actually do this you know?" I breathe looking up at Skye who has worry plastered all over her face.
"I know which is why I am so worried, I know you're not like this, you're a responsible guy and you deal with your problem the right way" Skye says looking down at her hands avoiding eye contact.
"I'm sorry" I say trying to make Skye feel better; I hate it when she isn't happy. "I- just didn't know what to do with myself" I admit looking down letting my fringe cover my face out of shame.
"Phil, if you have problems you can talk to me, instead of doing dangerous actions like that you just pulled' She raises her voice with the hint of anger, which I don't blame her for.
We stay silent for a few moments, not wanting to say anything more.
"It's about this morning isn't it?" She suddenly asks breaking the silence and I just simply nod in response
"That is it" She yells standing up abruptly "I am going to fix this, I hate seeing you like this Phil"
"But-" I try to protest but Skye doesn't allow it.
"You are miserable without him Phil, I can't just sit around here all day and not do anything about it." She continues but this time she walks out of the room, alcohol in hand "Just in case. Ill be back don't do anything stupid okay? Sleep you need it" She advices me before leaving me alone.
Please don't do anything stupid, I pray.
