You know how in Hogwarts there are four houses competing for the house cup and whatnot? Well, Southside high is similar we just have two main groups going at each other. But with the Ghoulies locked up, we were in fewer fights than usual when they were here. The only thing we "competed" for was the title of the powerful gang based on how many fights you've won and just so you know Serpents had won more.
Now everything was going normally. Some students taking the JJ while others were keeping to themselves or doing the complete opposite by fighting like animals. Yeah, that was our normal in Southside. But that normal day changed almost instantly when our principal's voice through the PA system.
"Students of Southside High, this is your principal speaking." Her booming voice came through "Southside High is shut down because the school is under quarantine. And all of you will be transferred to other schools in the district. We've put up a list of the schools you'll be transferred to."
After the news of this hell on earth being shut down immediately, we heard whooping and cheers. While everyone celebrated Pixie and me walked towards the titled bulletin board that held our new schools. Fangs and Sweet Pea with other Serpents were already there when we got there.
Before I could even look at the list Fangs had already tackled us into a hug while Sweet Pea explained that majority of the Serpents were going to Riverdale. And I already could see the fights taking place as Pixie and I were pulled out of the school to find Jughead and Toni.
"What's going on," Jones said getting up
"This hellhole is officially closed! We're done!" Sweet Pea said as I stood on a lower step faking a smile when he looked at me
"What? How?" Toni asked look up since she was still sitting down as I walked a bit further away from them pulling Pixie with me.
"You have a bad feeling about this, too?" Pixie asked lowering her voice
"Those Northsiders will downgrade us even more than they already do" I responded
"I've known you seen we've been in diapers, Babes" Pixie started crossing her arms "You're scared. Scared that you'll see your dad-"
"He lost the right to be called my dad when he got up and left me" I answered "And I'm not scared"

After school was done and over with Sweet Pea and me got back to the trailer. Before I could even take off my jacket Sweets had already pulled me onto the couch to sit on his lap.
"What's with me being pulled around today?" I asked smiling and leaning into him
"You good, Princess?" He asked me "Since we heard the news you've been pretty quiet"
"Yeah, of course," I said a little too quickly which he caught on to just as quick "I just don't wanna go, Sweets. Yeah, we'll have a better education but that's basically Northside territory. I don't think I can handle it."
"You can handle it, I know you can," He said kissing me softly "You know why? Because those Northsiders got nothing on you"
"God, I love you," I said as Sweet Pea kissed down my neck

The next day, we walked into Riverdale High getting stares from passing students. I smirked when I heard some girls gasp and scatter the opposite direction. We came up to a table with three Northsiders standing behind it.
"Friends. On behalf of the students and faculty here at Riverdale High, welcome to your new school," The black haired girl, something Lodge said "I've set up a registration desk where you can get your locker assignment, class schedules, and a list of sports and extracurriculars. We encourage each and every one of you to drink deeply from the cup that is fair Riverdale"
"She's trying too hard" Pixie whispered from behind me and Toni
"Stand down, Eva Peron!" The blossom girl said coming down with her entourage
"There's the school spirit I so fondly remember." Jughead
"Cheryl," The Lodge girl said "No one invited Fascist Barbie to the party"
"Wrong, Veronica, no one invited Southside scum to our school," Cheryl said "Listen up, Ragamuffins. I will not allow Riverdale High's above average GPA to suffer because of classrooms that are overcrowded with underachievers. So please, do us all a favor, and find some other school to debase with your hardscrabble ways"
"Why don't you come over here and say that to my face?" Toni said as she walked forward while we took a step closer
"Happily, Queen of the Buskers" Cheryl said coming closer
"Watch it, Raggedy Anne," I said stepping next to Toni
"Okay guys, everyone, can we just put our Northside-Southside differences apart and start over? A new slate? Mmm" Andrews asked stepping in between the two groups
"You don't speak for the Bulldogs, Andrews," The jock said "And need I remind you, these greaser-snakes showed up at your place trying to kick your ass"
"Happy to finish what was started," Sweet Pea said pushing both Toni and me to the side to get closer to them before Jughead grabbed him
"God, I am so over the toxic masculinity in this hallway right now," Veronica Lodge said as I grabbed Sweets hand from behind to help relax him
"All right. That's enough pomp and circumstance" A voice said from behind us "Everyone, let's get to class. Now"

"I don't think we've properly met." Lodge said walking up to us with some other girl in the student lounge "Veronica Lodge"
"Of the Park Avenue Lodges," Jughead said lifting his pinky up as he eats his chip
"Toni. Topaz." Toni introduced herself shaking Veronica's hand
"Oh, like the purple-colored gemstone. Love it" Veronica said before turning to me "And you are? I love your hair by the way"
"BabyDoll" I answered lifting my head from Pea's shoulder "And thanks. Toni wanted to match this time"
"And I'm Josie McCoy. Formerly of the Pussycats, now just Josie" Josie said before signing towards the guy on my left "And this is Kevin"
"What's your name?" Kevin asked Fangs
"Fogarty. Or you can call me Fangs." Fangs answered ignoring mine and Sweet Pea's knowing smirks "Your last name's Keller, right?"
"How did you know that?" Kevin asked with a hint of suspension and curiosity
"Joaquin, BabyDoll and I used to hang out." Fangs explained, "He talked about you all the time."
"You guys!" Weatherbee said coming into the room "Yes, you, come with me." following him, we saw a badly spray painted snake on the school seal with Mantle and his jock buddies "Now! Which of you defaced our school seal with this graffiti?"
"This is what they do, Principal Weatherbee." Mantle said "They tag their turf"
"My God, Reggie, could you be anymore transparent?" Veronica asked
"Effective immediately, no gang behavior of any kind will be tolerated at my school." Weatherbee said, "As of this moment, no more Serpent jackets." after we all complained, he continued "No more Serpent jackets! All tattoos are gonna be covered. Possession of any gang paraphernalia whatsoever will lead to immediate suspension. Are we clear? That's all"
As the rest of us walked off, Reggie spoke up again, "Why don't you stop being that Serpent's bitch? I can show you the time of your life"
Before Sweet Pea could do or say anything I spoke up, "I would rather stick needles in my eyes than ever go out with someone like you"
