Inspiration is very hard to find. Its like trying to brake out of writers block. But it is not that impossible to brake out off. You still need inspiration to write something amazing that you actually like instead of some rubbish that you only publish so you can get to the next chapter.
Don't stare at the blank screen and just wave the cursor around and around and around....The blank page does not help you brake out of no inspiration unless you are writing about a cursor waving around. Just start writing what ever comes into your mind and don't publish it when your finished. Read through it and some random words can give you inspiration.
Another thing is not to sit at home and stare at the walls of your bedroom all day long. Have some fresh air! Go for a walk or go out with your friends for a while. Maybe chatting with your friends will give you a knock of inspiration.
One of the common things are to read over your chapters that you have posted. It could have been a while since you have posted anything and you have forgotten about the story. Read though the chapters before. It really does help!
Images on Google or the internet. Personally for me when I get stuck I start searching the people who look like my character.
And lastly you could read a book from around the house. Read what other authors think about their characters, how they have a disastrous plot. It'll ring a bell in you mind and hit the idea spot.
