Soul...what?

We went straight back to his house and watched films for the rest of day. My head rested on his lap while his fingers lightly plays with my brown hair. We are watching the Vow. I was able to persuade Jai to watch it plus its my favourite film.

I started to cry during the film because it reminded me of Jai and I. We have been close and together for so long but with one accident the whole world is turned up side down. We stayed here in silence until we heard someone come in from the door. Quickly, I sat up and shuffled a bit from Jai as I don't want people to think of anything. I turned my head to see Gina walk in and she smiled at me then gave a questioning look to Jai.

"No mean to be rude Ashley but I'm want to know why you are here?" She asked me.

"Well I left my parents because I found out they used my accident as an advantage to change me and pay my old friends and boyfriend to ignore me. After that Jai asked me to come back here, I'm sorry if I'm any trouble I have money for a hotel so I could leave you want me too" I explained to her.

"My baby girl remembers! Come here and give mamma Gina a hug!" She smiles to me.

I got up and gave her a huge hug. She gave me a slight squeeze as she thought it wasn't real. This hug is like a real mother hug which my mum would never give me. I couldn't help but not smile. We pull away and I saw Gina crying with happiness so I let out a chuckle.

"I told Jai to not take that money but I guess you still got her back" She grins at him. "We need to discuss rules if your staying here"

"Okay sure"

"Rule 1. Help me with chores around the house, Rule 2. Home at midnight, Rule 3. Get good grades and don't fail, Rule 4. If your upstairs door open" I let out a chuckle when she said that. "Rule 5. Not sharing a bed"

"What?!" Jai groaned.

"Don't worry Gina, I'll follow the rules and help pay for the bills" I informed her.

"You don't need to pay the bills, just follow the rules Jai" She sternly said to him.

I started laughing then I ended up rolling on the floor laughing. I heard Gina chuckle while Jai scoffed at us. I sat back up after laughing myself to death. I felt myself go dizzy but that's probably I got up to fast.

Later in the evening, I helped Gina cook meatballs and spaghetti for dinner tonight. I laid the table for all 5 of us while Gina was serving it. I called for the boys to come down and they all came down so quick that I never finish saying the word 'dinner'.

I sat next to Jai while Gina was at the head of the table and the two on the other side of the table. Luke actually looked happy to see me for once.

"Mum this is great" Beau burped out.

"Not just me Ashley helped too" She points to me.

"Really?" Luke questions me.

"Okay I'm not a good driver but I can cook" I smirked at him. "Plus why do you like me all of sudden?"

"Because the old you is back and I didn't like the new" He chuckled to me.

"Friends?" I shot my hand out to him.

"Friends" then we shook hands.

After dinner the boys had to do the dishes because I helped with dinner. Gina told me that I could have the spare bedroom which is small but enough room for me. I started to unpack when I saw a box in the corner of the room. Quickly, I shut the door as I went to the box to look inside.

I opened the box to see a diary, pictures, drawings and video tapes. The pictures were of me and Jai. Some of us kissing which would of been when we were older. Also there were ones of me and the 5 boys at a park or birthday parties but this is when we were about 7. In every photo me and Jai was always next to each other. I took the diary out and started read it. I noticed it was Jai who wrote it. Its about times how he saw me but he couldn't come and talk to me because of the deal. From this diary he seems like a stalker. I couldn't help but laugh at it.

As one read "I saw her at the park again walking her dog. I remember this was the place we always hanged out". Or another that says "I watched her walk into school and still seems to notice me. I need her. I crave for her". I heard the door open and I saw Jai standing there looking shocked.

"You got some explaining to do Mr Brooks" I grinned at him.

"What explaining?" He croaks out.

"You've been stalking me ever since that accident" I waved the diary in front of him.

"Where did you get that?" He questioned me.

"In a box but don't worry its adorable I have my own personal stalker" I kissed his cheek as I gave him the journey. "Maybe you should write 'I watched her sleep just like Edward did to Bella'".

"Hahaha very funny" He rolled his eyes to me.

"So why you here?" I asked him.

"Coming in to wish my girl a goodnight"

I wrapped my arms around his neck as he pulls me by my waist. I bit my bottom lip while he leaned down. Our foreheads touch softly then he kissed my nose as I let out a giggle. His lips finally met mine. I smiled against them as our lips moved in sync. He trailed his tongue along my bottom lip but I pulled grinning.

"Goodnight Jai" I whispered to him.

He walked over to the door before he exited the room. He turned around with a huge smile and looking at me up and down. I tilted my head to the side as he chuckles. Damn does he have a sexy chuckle. The words that came out of his mouth blew me away.
