Chapter Five: Nicolette's Point Of View.

Gorgeous. He was the most gorgeous guy I've ever seen. Dark brown hair, almost like chocolate. His skin was deeply tanned, but it reminded me of molasses. But his eyes, framed by thick black eyelashes, were the colors of limes. Not lime green, but they look liked actual limes. He turned around as I was walking forward, and his breath taking smile had me tripping. Literally. I tripped over a stupid branch on the path. He walked over to me looking worried. He tried to make sure I was okay, and I nearly DIED of embarrassment! I flushed bright red, and I could feel tears swelling in my eyes. I quickly told him I was okay, and rushed back to my cabin, wiping the tears away.

Flinging myself down on my bed, I decide I had two options. One, to mope in my misery and listen to really sad music through my headphones, or two, get out my iHome and blast some party music. Plugging my iPod into my iHome, I put my Cher Llyod album on shuffle, and Want U Back came on first. I started singing and dancing around, all while decorating my area. When I had first walked in, I noticed the other girls put up posters, pictures, and other knickknacks. I don't know where they went, so I was actually having a good time.

I took out my box of personal momentous, and took out one of my favorite pictures. My mom and I were standing in front of the Paris Opera house. That picture made me so happy. Along with a few pictures of me and my mom, me and my dad, and then one of us all three together when I was first born, I put up tickets from my flight to London, and the Ed Sheeran concert I went to. At last, I pinned up the pictures of me and my best friends. There was one with all of the girls in our close group of friends at Morp, which was our prom, one of just me and my best friend, Daniella, at the pool this spring. After putting up a few others, I found one that made it laugh. It was from two winters ago, when Trevor, Daniella, Jackson, and Monica had a huge snow ball fight. After I finished putting up all my stuff, I went and changed the song on my iPod. It turned to my favorite Billy Joel song, New York State Of Mind. Suddenly, I knew what would make me feel even better. I quickly jumped up, to go find a piano
